Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

Contractor actually showed up about 20 minutes ahead of schedule and proceeded to get everything set up. Using a three man crew, they pre-treated with a bleach mix the exterior of the house, fence and driveway before beginning. Once the pre-mix had time to work, each individual took care of a different area, washing down the solution with water and a soft, fan spray. They also washed down all affected vegetation in the area. We had no problems with window or door leaks from the low-pressure spray. The Contractor was also able to get the exterior of the bonus room clean as well. Only issue is some of their pre-mix solution hit up on the roof and has changed the coloration from the rest of the roof. As we will soon be reroofing, that is not a real issue for us, but may be for others. Also, should make sure all outdoor items near the house exterior are moved away as they clean right over and on them. These are the only reasons for the 'B' grade on quality. However, they took a two-day job for me and did it in 1-1/2 hours. Would certainly use them again, but would take the precautions previously mentioned.

They were very friendly on the phone. I wasn't home at the time they conducted the service but they did a very good job cleaning my screened enclosure and pool deck. The only issue i had with them is that the patio furniture was in a cluster after they left and I had to put everything back in place. Otherwise they did a great job!

This was a huge job and we called these guys in the morning and they fit us in as the last job of the day. Took about 3 hours and they had a 3 man crew. By the time we got there to inspect the job, they were 90% done and the house and grounds looked 400% better. We had tenants in the property for about 3 years and they did not maintain the property. We are now trying to sell the house and needed a fast clean up and these guys were up for the job. We really appreciate the responsiveness and the professional job. I would definitely recommend them. We had some scheduling glitches with the rain, but they came on time for the service. The drive was very bad as it had not been pressure cleaned in several years. I could certainly tell that it was done, but you can see lines in the drive and there it could be brighter. No complaints, but not an "A" job.

The team came out and performed a thorough job. Very nice and respectful. They were work oriented and were very professional. the house looked amazing after they were done. I really thought the mold on the siding was going to leave a permanent stain, but the team got the siding as clean looking as the day it was first put onto the house. Definitely would have them come back and do my house again. I recommend them to anyone wanting a reasonable rate for excellent work.

I purchased the service via the Angies List deals given via email. I provided a list of dates to the business, but those were not available. It took several days to hear from the business, but once I did, he set up an appointment for the next week. They showed up early one morning and pressured washed the entire house, driveway back porch area in under 3 hours. As a person who works midnight hours, they were very courteous in keeping the noise down which allowed me to sleep through all of it. They did an excellent job on all areas of the home. I even had neighbors asking who i used!! I would definitely use the service again and plan to look for them in the Angies Deals in the near future!

The owner was professional, courteous, and accommodating from start to finish! To say I am happy with his performance would be an understatement. After he did an outstanding job on my house, I hired him to do my mother's house as well. And I would hire him again!

The service was fine but they cancelled twice and didn't call before appointments, they just showed up.

First, I called Charles, he was professional and very helpful with the timeline. Charles called back and actually moved the day up two days. I was told the crew would start around 4:30 in the afternoon. I was surprised and thrilled they came ready to work at 12:30 stating they finished early with their morning job and ask if it was alright to start early. There was a crew of three extremely professional, courteous, kind and I must say funny men. I had already started taking things off my patio and was thrilled when they said, we do that for you, which the continue to remove whatever I did not want to get wet, plants etc. They worked quickly and efficiently and the job was amazing. Because of health issues in the past none of this had been done in two years so you can imagine how the driveway, sidewalk and gutters looked. Also the patio had not had a good cleaning like this. Everything is so clean, the house, windows, driveway everything. and no green on the screen on my patio. We live on a large pond so the weather is not kind to the screen. I would definitely recommend this company with the highest marks. I used another company many years ago, paid way to much just for the driveway and sidewalk and the job was not done well. I did it myself for years after that. Thank you for the cards as two of my neighbors were also thrilled with the job. Will definitely use this company again thank you for your hard work and extra care you took on the few things I pointed out

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for the service. I contacted the company about a day or two after I purchased the coupon. After much back and forth with the owner, who was pleasant enough, finally, I got my driveway and sidewalks washed. I was told that they would likely be at my house before 11am, but I don't believe they showed up until about 1pm. I didn't mind too much that the two men that showed up were only wearing shorts, but others might not be too comfortable with that. I happened to be out speaking with a neighbor when the guys showed up and she made much comment about it. My driveway and sidewalks look marvelous! Although, I just noticed that they didn't do the concrete at the entryway. Overall, I am a happy camper.

Clean our very large pool screened enclosure and were very professional. The work was great and it's about 2 months later and I am still very happy with the service. I've had it cleaned before and a month later it was all green again or the pressure washer used a chemical that killed our plants. Safe Touch used plant friendly solutions and nothing was harmed and the screen is still as clean as the day they did it. They are definitely a company I would use again.
