Kathleen Floryan is a fantastic realtor! I just purchased a home in St. Augustine in an extremely complex short sale transaction. Kathleen's knowledge of short sales, dogged determination, and exceptional professionalism rescued this deal at least five times over a six month period. I have worked with many realtors over the years and I have never had one work this hard on my behalf. She did everything from screening back-up properties for me, negotiating with multiple parties (including two banks), lining up contractors, and going to the house multiple times to represent my interests since I was moving from out of state. We now have a beautiful waterfront house on the intracoastal thanks to Kathleen!

John Richardson was very professional and quick to respond to our questions. He was thorough in researching houses for us to look at and worked hard to help us find our home. This is his full-time job so he devotes all of his time to helping his clients find the right fit for them. We will definitely use John again the future.

I would highly recommend her. There was no charge since we were the buyers. We were looking at houses and she was one of the selling agents.
