+ -1 moreAfter six months on the market the house did not sell. We were told that they had a superb marketing approach, but they couldn't sell our house. The salesperson was very nice and lived in the neighborhood which is why we contracted her company, but the house did not sell. After the 6 month contract was over I decided to sell the house by myself. I put it on the market went to Home Depot, spent $15 on a for sale and open house sign and sold it the following weekend. I had 3 additional offers to buy the house. In the 6 months that Krista Fracke Realty had the contract I got no offers.
