Ended up getting refund because the only traps they used were not pet-safe as advertised.

Excellent....they were prompt and did a good job.

The technician said he would spray all about the exterior of the home and in the garage for spiders. He also was to remove the spider webs. This was not done. We have actually seen more spiders and bugs around the house since he was there to treat. We feel like it was a waste of our money and time away from work.

I felt like they wanted to work to my satisfaction. I would use them again. Great off staff also.

I had a mouse in my garage, and he came out educated me and got rid of the mouse. Even prepared me for future issues

They did a great job, I waited too late in the year to call though. Mosquitos were too bad when I started service, next year I am going to start much earlier in the year.

They seem to keep the bugs down to a minimum.

Technician did a look-over and began to up-sell me on a more expensive plan to seal the entire house once he identified squirrels were an issue. No traps were set/baited to remove anything and no subsequent visits were scheduled. Pest control treatment was applied, but the primary need to remove squirrels was not accommodated.

I love this company. They have competitive pricing. Since they have been treating my yard we have had no mosquitoes. They send an email a day or two before the tech comes to your house. The email includes a picture of the tech. The day of the service the tech calls to let you know when he should arrive.

Jared was great! He walked the property, discussed all entry concern areas, and treated every inch of the property. Every interaction so far with the company has been exceptional, including the customer service and office staff. I really appreciated the option to pay via a secured site online vs cash, check or over the phone. Received a extermination report as well. Nicely done!

They did a great job and did everything they said they were going to do. They were responsive, prompt, and they were able to get rid of the mosquito's for about a month. The downfall was that I couldn't get a straight answer from them if the treatment would affect wildlife and fish. After 3-4 phone calls and speaking with a supervisor, I had to make sure that no geese were around while they were applying the treatment.

They had to come back for a 2nd treatment. Saw a few ants and one roach after the first one. They were happy to return w/out cost for the 2nd treatment. And the products they use are very specific and don't stink!

Great! Used them last year & again this year. Extremely professional and ... no mosquitos! Like being able to buy individual treatments, tho it costs a bit more.

Reliable team. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, will address your concerns/fears. They are human beings treating you like a human being. I purchased the roof exclusion from them 2+ years ago. They were cheaper than the other companies I spoke with. Additionally they have a exclusion renewal package each year that is an optional purchase.. I bought it .. just for the peace of mind.

Very well, and they came back when we noticed some bugs were still around. One thing would be nice: More preventative advice. But I guess I could have been more aggressive in asking for that.
