Description of Work: They came out and exterminated interrior and exterior of home. Stated unless I have a huge bug problem this should be it for interior and call them on exterior again in 3 months. I did not have a bug problem just the normal bugs coming out in the Spring a couple here and there. Since March I have been thrilled no bugs in my home to speak of, I would definetly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had purchased this deal because we have a squirrel issue in the eaves of our house. When I spoke to Inspect All after purchasing this they said they would send a technician to assess the situation and address the issue. They also asked if we had a pest care company and I told them we hav year round coverage. As I found later this is the main reason they come out is to have you use their pest control services. When the tech arrived I showed him where the squirrels entered the eaves on the exterior of our house. He then looked in our attic and bonus storage area where he found no evidence of squirrels. He then said he was going to spray for insects which I agreed to after I told him we already have a pest control company. After the spray completion he told me there was really no way he could trap the squirrels due to their location. He did put a trap outside and to this day we still have squirrels getting into the eaves. Later this week I have a company comin out to close off points of roof entry for more than half what this technician left a quote for. In all fairness, he quoted the price to close off any point of varmint entry ( dryer vent, too vents, etc) whereas the other company is putting up sheeting to close off builder gaps. Lastly, I was hoping for more than what we paid for and would be very happy to speak to the manager about this matter.

If I think I have a problem, they have always immediately sent someone out to addressed it with a smile. Perhaps I may have gotten the job done for less, but I seriously doubt if the follow-up customer service could be better any place else. Great follow-up service is priceless. Good job Inspect-all!"
