Very well! Adeyemi was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my go-to company for pest control. They are excellent!

The Technician, Jared, arrived exactly when he was expected to be here, explained thoroughly, and in a way that I could easily understand, what was going on with the termites on my windowsill. He inspected the entire house, basement and garage, and then outside as well. He was very nice - professional and I will stay with this company!! I felt that he knew what he was doing - he showed me one of the traps that he put around my house (20) - explained how they worked and I feel comfortable that I am protected now.

Did a great job, very professional. My only complaint is that too little notice was given and I had to reschedule a few times at the last minute because I keep my back gate locked and no one would be here to let them in. The service works very well. Kept mosquitoes away. Unfortunately it is bad for the bees and butterflies.

A few visits to determine that my needs were not appropriate for the season or for this service. Service techs were nice and company did offer to apply my purchase amount to a more comprehensive package, but it is too pricey for me at this time. I have not requested a refund or credit since then, but I will use them again if I have a need.

Good job, would call again. I moved into a house where the previous occupants were not very clean and immediately noticed a few German cockroaches hanging around in the kitchen. Inspect-all treated them and followed up with a few more visits. Haven't seen any roaches since the first treatment. Good value for $49

People were professional. They send you an email of the technician so you know who to expect. They have occasional deals on their different services so I keep an eye out for services I would be interested in. The ants in our backyard are gone.

They set traps, followed up with removal and re-trapped. Very happy and very responsiveness.

This company is FANTASTIC! I can be a tough customer & these guys are world class in their customer service! An extra 'special shout' out to Sandy Perez and Jerry Romero! Sandy not only assisted on my initial call requesting information, she found an expert in the company, Jerry Romero, and he personally called me and spoke for 30 minutes about possible solutions I could take for my insect extermination needs. Sandy and Jerry were so impressive I bypassed the free consultation and hired INSPECT-ALL immediately and they were at my home at 8:00AM the next morning to provide pest/mosquito control services..

Wonderful! The tech was on time, fast and thorough. He also spotted a few places in my older home that could use a little more attention to keep bugs out.

The service was timely, professional and well executed. The termite problem was found and successfully eradicated. Follow up inspection was conducted as well. Service representatives were professional, timely and called to let us know they were on the way.

The first person that came out twice - once for inspection & once to check traps -- was pushy about trying to sell baiting service even before finding anything. He called to move the time of the appt the first day even though I had schedule the original time to leave work and couldn't change my schedule. The second time I left work to meet him and he never showed up but filed a report saying he found one rat and reset the traps -- maybe came earlier than out appt. Someone different came out the last time and found nothing. I have used this company for other pest control for several years and they were originally very reliable and professional. But this is the second time I have tried an additional service (other was lawn care) and didn't find their work to be very professional.

The initial treatment and inspection was well done. They were supposed to come back to inspect the area treated for termite damage and make sure the termites were gone.

Okay except they did not come back for second inspection.
