Description of Work: The actual service man was ok--did what he was suppose to do but he did not return a third time to check/pickup his rat traps. Not his fault though because I think his bossman pulled him off my job to put him elsewhere.

Description of Work: One time job for a house under renovation. The request was to treat interior and exterior before some dry wall went up, while electric sockets were off. Description of Work: Using heavy gauge galvanized metal Inspect-All completely sealed the exterior of the house in the area under the first row of roof shingles and above the gutter. We had been having squirrel problems for years and our solutions turned out to be only temporary at best. As the squirrels were winning the battle a professional solution was needed. It has now been about one month and I think the squirrels are now headed to our neighbors' houses for warmth and shelter as they can't get back in here. When Inspect-All did their initial inspection they found evidence of them chewing on electrical wiring; that fact provided the impetus to act immediately to eliminate the otherwise on-going problem.
