Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal. I never got a call from them like I was supposed to. I called the company two weeks after they were supposed to have contacted me and left a message. I never received a returned call, so services were never performed.

To clarify, you purchased a pest control deal on 9-26-14 and as documented via Angie's List's merchant dashboard, we responded to you minutes after your purchase on that same day. As you may know, Angie’s List does not provide merchants (us) with phone numbers or email addresses of its customers (you). We have to initially communicate with customers through the Angie’s List dashboard, which we did. That said, we are sorry for this communication issue, however, we did reach out to you. Description of Work: I purchased a mosquito treatment. I requested to know what time someone would be coming so that I could let my dogs out beforehand and know when they could go after treatment dried. They stayed in touch with me as I requested, were prompt and very courteous. I would definitely use this company again.
