Description of Work: We used Inspect-All originally for the bug service offered in one of Angie's list specials. After they performed this service we entered into an annual contract (quarterly bug treatment). We then heard strange noises from our attic during cold weather. We called Inspect-All to check for rodents. They found we had flying squirrels. They closed up any entrances from outside into attic, set traps. Checked traps three times and dis-infected. We have been very pleased with this company. They are responsive and professional. They explain exactly what treatment consists of, when they can be on site and how long it will take.

Description of Work: Examined house, attic spaces, basement for signs of bugs or other pests. Applied preventative bug spray. Set live traps to try to catch squirrels we could hear on and in roof. Unfortunately squirrels were in part of roof inaccessible to traps and we had Inspect All perform their exclusion service to keep any rodents out. They returned for a cleaning and check. No more squirrels!

Description of Work: The agent inspected my house. Get ready, though, for a long list of things an inspector does not inspect or look at, all of which you will be informed of but it borders on making the inspection not worthwhile. The report was sent to me on the same day and was pretty detailed with the things the inspector did look at.
