Description of Work: They were absolutely wonderful in adapting to the hodge podge circumstances of our house at this time. Did not let the disorder phase them one bit. They were always focused on clarifying the ongoing and changing nature of our needs. We really needed the service and they jumped right in to follow through and help us get the results we wanted. Description of Work: They set traps for potential pest in my rental property. After setting traps Noone bothered to check on them. I essentially had to call them to see if they were ever going to check the traps. I thought that would come by every few days to see if they caught anything in the traps.

Description of Work: They inspected one of our rental properties, set traps and sent an inspection report, also followed up to check traps. They have been excellent. We have a serious rodent issue, and a previous trapper had been unable to locate where the rats were entering the premises. Apparently they dug tunnels to get into the crawlspace! I'm not sure we have eradicated the problem, but at least we now know exactly the area where we have to concentrate to get rid of the critters.
