Description of Work: Inspector didn't investigate closely... only stuck his head up into the attic, walked no more than 6 feet from crawlspace door, then I guess by omniscience rattled off a list of rodents by species that he declared we were invested with... and the high cost of "proper" treatment. He didn't site anywhere the animals were gaining access and remedies for keeping them out as we had hoped. Just set traps, but no follow-up, calls,....

Description of Work: After only one visit, I'm a huge fan of Inspect-All Services. The tech they sent out was extremely nice and courteous and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with his service (we had a small carpenter bee infestation). Not only that but the service ended up costing less than half what was quoted to us (I'm guessing since the job was easier than they anticipated over the phone).
