After reviewing your account, I am able to confirm that you kindly purchased a pest control deal on October 4, 2014. As documented via Angie's List's merchant dashboard, we responded to you minutes after you purchased the deal that same exact day (October 4, 2014) and we reached out to you again on October 8th. As you may know, Angie’s List does not provide merchants (us) with phone numbers or email addresses of its members (you). We have to initially communicate with customers through the Angie’s List dashboard, which we did. On July 29, 2015, you asked if you could still use this deal and we said yes. We also asked you to contact us to schedule the treatment, but never heard back from you. Please know that if we had access to your contact information, we would have attempted to contact you by those means in addition to the Angie’s List messaging dashboard. That said, we are sorry for this communication issue, however, we did reach out to you multiple times and are limited by Angie’s List to the contact information of its members--until that information given to us by the consumer. Description of Work: 3 months of mosquito treatments. They were always on-time and professional, and I always knew exactly when to expect them. There was a noticeable lack of mosquitoes this summer as compared to last, so I have to attribute at least part of that change to the effectiveness of the treatments. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Inspect all was very professional. They were flexible with scheduling. Their email confirmation was top notch. Aside from getting my address wrong and having to reschedule for later in the afternoon (which was fine and the right thing to do), they performed the job of general extermination services to my expectations. The service technician was professional and thorough. In total, my experience was consistent with their overall rating and service record of A - excellent. We had a few issues with ants and some rogue roaches, so it will be great to report back that these issues have been eradicated. So far those tiny little ants are still not all gone. This is not for lack of treatment, effort or appropriate first response. Inspect all says that they will retreat if the ants do not get exterminated - and I am confident that they will if it is required. Going to give it a few more days to be sure.

Description of Work: We purchased the packet that gave you three services over three months. They have done two of the three so far. They send a picture of the person doing the service so you are aware who will be at your home. Once they sprayed, we had no problems with mosquitoes.

Description of Work: The initial termite evaluation was on Wednesday, July 8 with no activity found. The installation of our Sentricon system was performed on Friday afternoon, July 10 and was seamless! All of the employees of Inspect-All that we have dealt with from schedulers to technicians have been very nice and knowledgeable! We are so glad that we purchased this package through Angie's List!
