After reviewing your account, I am able to confirm that you kindly purchased a pest control deal on October 4, 2014. As documented via Angie's List's merchant dashboard, we responded to you minutes after you purchased the deal that same exact day (October 4, 2014) and we reached out to you again on October 8th. As you may know, Angie’s List does not provide merchants (us) with phone numbers or email addresses of its members (you). We have to initially communicate with customers through the Angie’s List dashboard, which we did. On July 29, 2015, you asked if you could still use this deal and we said yes. We also asked you to contact us to schedule the treatment, but never heard back from you. Please know that if we had access to your contact information, we would have attempted to contact you by those means in addition to the Angie’s List messaging dashboard. That said, we are sorry for this communication issue, however, we did reach out to you multiple times and are limited by Angie’s List to the contact information of its members--until that information given to us by the consumer.
