Description of Work: they set traps for bats,one week later came back and removed guana and cleaned up and removed (whatever) and said they put up screens to prevent further infestation. The serviceman was very competent. We felt the salesman was a bit overzealous, however.

I am glad to report that we were able to rid your home of these unwanted guests, remove any toxic bat guano, disinfect/deodorize any infected areas, and seal any possible entry/exit points. I have spoken with your Inspector who apologized if he came across overzealous. He added that he only wanted to stress the importance of removing the bats and guano from the residence due to the toxic nature of bat infestations. I have attempted to call you this morning, with no success. I will continue to contact you until this issue is resolved with 100% satisfaction. Since 1984, we’ve been committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have been fortunate enough to have performed thousands of successful bat exclusions like this one. Description of Work: The company did an excellent job of communicating throughout - calling us right away, emailing us, calling us when Clint was on his way, and following up with an additional email after the job was done. Clint sprayed our yard for mosquitoes and he was very thorough and professional. Definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: They treated my yard for mosquito infestation, paying particular attention to the back, which is where I had told the service person that the problem was more pronounced. He was on time, professional, and did a good job. I could definitely tell the mosquitoes were not a problem after the spraying; and they are still under control, close to a month after the service. Would use this company again.
