Description of Work: The company came out and sprayed the exterior of one of our rental properties. We were not there on that date however our tenant was and felt the treatment was fairly effective as there were not as many mosquitos as prior to the treatment.

Description of Work: When the company showed up they explained they would just lay a thin plastic on the crawl space, which is not worth the estimated value they advertised and has never been advised to me to be a proper vapor barrier. I have always been told proper vapor barrier is sealed and installed up the side walls. I tried to apply this deal toward an upgraded service that matched my expectations, but they would only honor the amount I paid and not the promotional value. If it were a deal I would take my chances, but based on my experience so far its not worth me paying full price for the upgraded service.

We are sorry to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with our $199 vapor barrier installation deal purchased 09/09. When you originally called in you requested an extra upgrade to a thicker plastic at no additional charge due to your crawlspace being 300 square foot and our deal covering 1000 square foot. We don't normally oblige those types of requests, but in this instance we made an exception. Our service specialist made a trip out to install your vapor barrier on 09/15. After he described what he would be doing you decided that you wanted more of an encapsulation type service. Our service specialist quoted you a reasonable price for this upgraded service and offered to apply your $199 purchase toward the price of the upgraded service. You requested we credit $400 towards the upgraded service, eventhough you only spent $199 on the vapor barrier deal. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, but we can only give you credit for the money you actually spent on the Angie's List deal. Since 1984, we’ve been committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have been fortunate enough to have performed thousands of successful vapor barrier services like this one. Our outstanding service has garnered us over 1500 A+ online reviews. Again, we apologize that we didn’t exceed your expectations in this instance. Description of Work: Initial Inspection was for ants and other insects. During the inspection found out that, termites have checked in. Sprayed for ants and the other insects and set traps. Made a scheduled appointment to return and treatment for the termites, as it would be time consuming. Over the entire job went well. Arrived by 8:30 am and left after 1 pm. The cost was very reasonable. Will do a 60-day follow up.
