Description of Work: They treated the outside of the house for insects. I got this for my mom because ants were getting into the house everywhere. She tried to fix it herself but couldn't. Since they came and sprayed she has had no ants. I talked to rep before they came out and asked about a contract. The price and guarantee sounded good so my mom signed up for it. They did not try to get her to sign up for any other services. Which I like. I can't stand when a company comes and tries to sell you all their services.

Description of Work: This was the first time I had ever used Angie's list to make a purchase, so I was not sure what to expect. I purchased a 3 month Mosquito treatment for our back yard because we have a hot tub. Inspect All Services was so professional from the customer service staff in the office to the guys that came to our home. They even agreed to go outside of their normal market to take care of my elderly parents home whom live on a lake and it was at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them very highly.

We are sorry to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with our $129 one-time pest control & rodent trapping service. As you know, our technicians made 4 different trips to your home to assess your specific rodent issue. Our technicians attempted to make several more service visits that were cancelled because no one could be available to give them access to the home. During our initial inspection, one of our wildlife specialists recommended a permanent rodent exclusion service with a no obligation estimate of $2125 (this is a very fair price for a 4000+ square foot home with rodent infestation on every level from the crawlspace to the attic). His intention was to solve the problem. Our rodent specialist supplemented his findings and his quote by emailing you a detailed report with photos of the specific areas around your home that were susceptible to rodent activity. As you probably know, wildlife can be tricky, but our track record shows that we’ll work hard and likely solve the problem. Since 1984, we’ve been committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have been fortunate enough to have performed thousands of successful rodent services like this one. They were exactly on time, called before coming and were obviously well educated about pest control. | |I contracted with them to do my quarterly pest control and tomorrow they are coming to do a flea treatment. | |Excellent pest control employees and awesome customer service people in the office.
