Description of Work: 1- Customer service person on the phone was rude and not polite. |2- The service man was OK but did not apear to know the detail of the task. For example we had lady bug infestation in one area and he said "There is nothing else I can do about this". |3- They were over price |4- They change the scheduled appointment the last minute and I accomodated them. |5- I have had pest company over last 15 years and so far this was one of the worst experiences.

Please let us know if you would like us to schedule a follow up visit with a field manager. As it states on Angie's list this deal covers up to 4,000 square feet. Our technician was able to cover your 8,000 square foot property at what we feel was a very reasonable up charge. Since 1984, we’ve been committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have been fortunate enough to have performed thousands of successful pest control services. Description of Work: False advertising, according to the technician the only way to eliminate the rodent problem is to pay $1000-$1200 or more. I was dissatisfied and requested a refund. What sounded promising in the advertising was all false hope when the technician explains that nothing he can do will help my problem.

I have confirmed that you were awarded a full refund of your one-time pest control and rodent service from Angie's List. As you know, our pest specialist made an initial visit out to your home. During that visit, he set snap traps and performed your one-time pest control service. During that initial visit, a permanent rodent exclusion service with a no obligation estimate of $1020 was recommended to correct the rodent infestation at your home. His intention was to solve the problem. Our pest specialist also emailed you a detailed report with photos of the specific areas around your home where rodents were entering and exiting your home. As you probably know, wildlife can be tricky, but our track record shows that we’ll work hard and likely solve the problem.
