As stated in the Angie’s List deal you kindly purchased, “This deal is not valid for German roaches…these services can be added, if needed, for an additional charge.” Upon our technician’s inspection of your property, he determined that the roach infestation was German and therefore quoted you the industry standard price for the treatment your specific situation required. We do not assume or diagnose these types of infestation over the phone. A very thorough and proper inspection is required before quoting.
