Description of Work: They came out several times to set traps but further inspection by another provider indicated there was not a real understanding of how to properly set traps. The inspection for the recommended sealing service was very rudimentary. I would not recommend for attic pest removal.

We are sorry to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with our one-time rodent trapping service. As you know, our wildlife specialist made an initial visit out to your home in January 2016, followed by three more follow up inspections later that month. During that initial visit, a permanent rodent exclusion service with a no obligation exclusion estimate was recommended to correct the specific rodent infestation at your home. It was determined that simple trapping wasn’t going to be sufficient in your case. Our wildlife specialist also emailed you a detailed report with photos of the specific areas around your home where rodents were entering and exiting your home. As you probably know, wildlife can be tricky, but our track record shows that we’ll work hard and likely solve the problem. Since 1984, we’ve been committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have been fortunate enough to have performed thousands of successful rodent services like this one. Description of Work: Used discounted Angies list for service allowed for 3 visits. | Evaluator set traps, rec. strategies, did full evaluation as to rec. preventive repairs. Roof repairs metal drip strips were rec (*high roof) but was too expensive for us. Another quote showed estimate was reasonable. |Evaluator on time, pleasant professional. Critter not caught but these things are clever. At last visit he took the rat traps back. Thought that was a little tacky. |Overall B.

Description of Work: The termite service was ok; however, after signing up for the Quarterly pest control service, I was very dismayed to learn they wanted additional money to take care of what I would consider standard service. I advised them I had a very small issue with German roaches in my kitchen area only and was told it would be extra to exterminate those as they were not included in the $75.00 I pay quarterly. I had also explained that I work and was only available on weekends but they don't work on weekends. I had to have someone come to be at the house for the service and had also advised I could only have them there on Thursdays. The last tech that came, according to my friend, spent less than ten minutes in the house - including both the upstairs and downstairs. I don't check my personal email daily but I received an email a couple of weeks ago that said they would be there that day - A Monday or Tuesday I believe. Upon receipt of a call from the tech to tell me he was on his way, I advise him no one would be there for the service, I did not schedule the service and I don't see where this service has provided me any benefit, Please cancel. I have had to go out to and pay another company to take care of the very small problem in my kitchen which has now been resolved. |I will not recommend using Angies List to my friends or family because of the three times I have requested service, the providers has not lived up to what was advertised.

As stated in the Angie’s List deal you kindly purchased and also explained to you over-the-phone before we rendered service, “This deal is not valid for German roaches…these services can be added, if needed, for an additional charge.” This particular type of infestation requires more frequent visits to the property in order to eradicate the issue completely, hence the temporary additional charges. It was our intention to help solve your issue by performing the additional services as per industry standards in order to achieve 100% elimination of that type of roach infestation. Our team sends email notifications of our appointment times, including well in advance and the day before the scheduled service. We are also happy to provide our customers with telephone reminders, as well as via the postal service. Our pest control treatments are designed to be applied from the exterior, relieving our clients of the burden of needing to be home during service and to avoid repeating interior treatments over and over when not needed. Since 1984, we’ve been committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have been fortunate enough to have performed thousands of successful pest control services like this one. As evidenced by over 2,000 A+ online reviews about our company, customer service is paramount to us.
