Description of Work: Inspect All has done a lot of work for me, and I've been consistently impressed with them. For this particular project, they did suggest I might want to totally seal off the crawlspace as well as add a sump, and the price of that was going to be enormous. I opted to not do that, and they were fine with that choice. So far, the vapor barrier and extra dehumidifier I bought for the renter seems to be addressing the moisture problem we were having at the property.

Description of Work: Inspection for termite infestation and installation of Sentricon system. I purchased a deal through Angie's list and they were very proactive about scheduling my inspection. Once I had the appointment set up, the inspector called me when he was on his way. He was very nice, very professional. I was emailed a copy of the inspection report then then sent me a document to e-sign for the Sentricon treatment. The renewal of the Termite Bond was explained to me as well. Another technician came out to visit to install the Sentricon stakes, he called when he was on his way, I also received an email with his picture so I would know who to expect. He also was very courteous and professional and explained how the bait stations worked so it was also educational. I'm glad I used this company.
