Description of Work: I purchased the Inspect All Deal to have vapor barrier/pest inspection for my crawl space. Setting up the initial inspection appointment was easy enough. The technician came out on 08/19/16 for the first inspection. When I received a receipt by e-mail, it said no services were needed. I asked my mom(she was here for the inspection)what the technician said/did. He went around the outside of the house and went in the crawl space, measured. He said someone would be in touch to set up the appt of the install. On Thursday (08/25/16), after not receiving a call to schedule the second appointment, I called the office. I was told that the person who handles the dept I needed to speak to was on another line, and someone from scheduling would call me shortly. I'm not sure what qualifies as "shortly" to them, but it is 8:00 pm on 08/29/16, more than a week after my initial appt., and I still haven't heard from anyone about scheduling my follow-up appointment.
