Service was fine. There was nothing that was problematic about it. As long as the poisoning works, then I would have no complaints about it.. There's no way to evaluate that until it fails, so I don't have any reason to say it was anything other than an A. It was professionally done. He was courteous. It was all done in a couple of hours. As long as it all works. It's not like he constructed something, he just put the pods in the ground. There's no reason to doubt that he didn't do a professional job.

The service was okay. There seemed to be a little bit of miscommunication between the person that did the service and the office. The service was quick and did the job. It was a great price.

I bought the Angie's List deal for a single treatment. Everyone was very polite, easy to schedule, technician arrived on time.... and the ants are gone! Would hire again. Thanks so much!!

Great customer service, excellent service, and I haven't been bitten by a mosquito in weeks. I have already employed their services for the remainder of the standard mosquito treating season and will use them again next year.

Bad. They did one treatment, problem continued. I requested a second treatment with a different technician. Came during the hurricane and did the interior and on 9/20 to do exterior. The problem is worse whatever he did seems to have driven the spiders indoors. We bought a spray for spiders and have killed several all in the interior of the house.

They were punctual, professional and did a good job. As promised, they scheduled a follow-up with any new pest sighting within 30 days.

amazing...they send you an.email letting you know who is showing up and what to expect. when they show up they are courteous and explain the treatment. our backyard is usable because of this service.

We had our bait systems installed by this company and from the first interaction, they were super professional. They did what they promised, called when they were on their way, gave me accurate timelines and expectations of services and stuck with them. No complaints, only praises.

I've always use them and they always did good, first time I ever had a problem was after this mosquito treatment I did got bitten a time or so outside. I felt the treatment didn't do any good.

I think it went very well. I was not at home and was wondering how I was going to be able to prove that they actually came and sprayed the backyard. However, I am noticing a very BIG difference in the amount of all flying insets in my backyard since they came out. When I would open my back door to go out to the backyard, flies and mosquitos would be swarming around that back door. I do not have that now. I am very, very pleased.

Save your money and go to Home Depot and buy 4 or 5 large rat traps and put them in your garage, you'll being doing the same thing. Then he tried to get me to pay $1200.00 to get rid of them(the traps had nothing in them after two weeks) he must have thought I was stupid, like when he told me some styrofoam peanuts that had been stepped on where definitely chewed by rats, he didn't even bend over and look at them even after I told them they had been stepped on. Also, told me my attic had squirrels, my grandson came over didnt see any evidence of squirrels and put squirrel traps up there.....they are still empty. I have a few more comments he made but I think you get the picture.

Amazing professionalism! Very nice people to work with. As I said, the service was unbelievably successful! We are loving our backyard again! I highly recommend this company and already have to all of my friends and family!

They were excellent. I've used them before. They did my lawn. They're excellent. I was quite pleased. They're professional. They came out, they did a follow-up. They answered all my concerns. They were excellent. I will use them again; I will refer them and I have referred them. That was something they did in intervals. They would have to come back and set the traps, they would have to come back periodically. It did not exceed the terms of what was explained to me in the beginning. It was spread out because he had to come back and check for the rodents. The main job where they have to seal the house and do all that, that was no time. The termite job was done at the same time the rodent job was done, like a day apart. They had installed whatever around the house for the termites. They'd come back, and they'd check. I've had quite a bit of work with them.

Turn around time wasn't too bad. They came out 3 days after appt was made. Tech was on time. When asked about a pilot in a boiler he wasn't too sure. He didn't quite do an inspection as I thought he would such as checking in cabinets and crevices. I guess that's something they don't do?? Anyway I informed him where I saw the fleas. I don't know how long it takes for techs to spray a home but I left at 12:35 to run an errand and returned at 1:25. That doesn't seem like enough time to spray a 1400 sq ft home. Hopefully what the tech did was sufficient enough to get rid of these pests. The person I schedule the appointment with was courteous. Cannot recall her name. Over-all I give them a B-

They're excellent. I called them because I wanted the outside treated and the wood bees treated. They did it and I'm not seeing a bug. The workers were highly respectable. They are convenient and they called me back promptly and sent someone out a few days later.
