We needed a smart thermostat replaced with a different brand because our current one was too noisy. Jason not only called the thermostat company to be sure our new one was compatible with our system, but also did extensive research to verify it was quiet. (It was located in our primary bedroom and waking us up at night when it would make a clicking noise) He was very responsive, helpful, and patient with all my questions and concerns and came out the next morning to install.
