Description of Work: Scheduling was by far the greatest challenge. The original appointment for a technician to come and fix the problem. I had two appointments recently and spent about $800 but they think they are doing free service. Their Office Manager is very arrogant. She told me look for some one else after they took $300 one time and $503 another time. As a Realtor referred to other customers and they are not happy too. If they won't do anything also they are charging $95. Beware with their ridiculously high charges per every hour $95 whether they work or sit in the car or having their cigarette etc.. They didn't finish my work and said look for some other company because I am asking them to reduce the price and as per their manager I am NOT supposed to negotiate anything and simply you have to pay what ever they charge. I won't hire them again and recommend to anyone too. I know I am a small customer they way they are working for the builders but again they should think about individuals and small customers too.

Description of Work: Was having a problem with two zones not coming on and the rain sensor not working. Tom diagnosed the zone problem as inferior valves and installation. The sensor never worked. He repaired the valves with caveat that they may not stay fixed. He replaced the sensor with a wireless that worked perfectly. Upon reflection, asked him for a recommendation on the valves and he quoted a reasonable price for replacement which included a new valve box much superior to what was installed. They also redirected the heads and replaced several heads and sprayers. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended. Tom and Austen were punctual and professional..

 + -1 moreI had used this company before and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I called this time for service and had to wait about a week before they could come out. Technician arrived on time and actually called when he was on his way. He went to work right away adjusting and replacing sprinkler heads. Then he found a leak and had to spend the majority of his time here finding the source. He didn't leave until he was sure that I was happy with the way that everything was working. I highly recommend this company. For the work that he had to do, I was surprised that it only cost $240.
Description of Work: Had them check the irrigation system to make sure all parts of the lawn were covered. They replaced several heads to allow for greater coverage. They also found a leak and repaired it.

 + -1 moreVery well. Took about 1 1/2 hours. He had to dig-and it was hard to tell where he dug after it was over.
Description of Work: One zone was stuck on. He replaced the valve on that zone. In addition, he replace 3 rotors(they wouldn't turn)and capped off one spray, so that I could enlarge the patio. He was very professional, intelligent and nice (a bonus).

They told me that I needed to replace all 4 control valves and replace my control box which would have cost a fortune in time and labor. After other issues, I decided to go with D.R. Leach instead. Brad the repairman came out as promised on time, and after a short inspection, he discovered the real problem was a leak in the main line. He was able to quickly fix this problem and inspected and fixed all the heads to boot. The thing that most impressed me about D.R. Leach was the honest diagnosis of the problem and not try to sell me additional unnecessary services and upgrades. Highly recommend them to others!
Description of Work: JEA showed water leaking from the irrigation system. Asked them to find and fix the leak.

The technician called in advance to confirm, then re-arranged his schedule to accommodate us meeting him at the house for the repair. They had quoted a flat labor rate, plus parts. That's exactly what was charged, no surprises.
Description of Work: One sprinkler zone was stuck on. They replaced a valve, made adjustments and checked the irrigation system.
