oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreEmployee lied, rug didn't go to Orlando. The owner said, problem was that the rug was rolled up. I kept asking for enzyme treatment, never got it. I do not know where the rug was sent, but I got nothing for my money.
Description of Work: Counter girl said, rugs went out on Thursday. Rug was to be cleaned and deodorized. The rug were returned to me smelling like a room deodorizer/scented and of urine. Counter girl, told me rug went to Orlando, and refused to let me communicate with the rug cleaners.
