Horrible, my windows are still dirty

Wash was thorough, but failed to remove iron stains from driveway.

It went well, but the previous window cleaning people that I hired, counted my windows as 25, but this company, counted every panel on my windows as 1, so the I was not able to have all the windows done, due to according to the guy that came, one of my windows counted as 4. Otherwise, it was done very well and very professional.

Okay, I felt the pricing was a bit deceiving because each pane was counted as one so for every window it counted as two.

I left a message with the vendor to schedule the service, but was never contacted.

As described. During course of job water pressure dislodged 2 tiles from pool edge and they were found in the bottom of the pool. Would have appreciated the technician telling me that it happened.

They refused to service me, Said I was in the wrong area code - just outside of where they would go for St Augustine but it was listed to include me. I have not yet received a refund.

It went very well...the young man did a great job. He was pleasant, professional and appeared to take pride in his work. I asked for flyer or business cards because I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Aaron did a fabulous job pressure washing my long driveway. I have used him for several years because he was the first person who was able to remove a black streak down the center of my driveway. For years, other providers said it was not possible to remove it. My yard looks permanently better thanks to AAron.

The service representative was personable and polite but when he was working on one of the screens, he broke the contact for the alarm system and it cost me $154 to have the alarm company come out and replace the broken contact. The service representative did not mention that the contact was hanging and the wire broken when he finished the job. We did not know until we attempted to set the alarm that night that the contact was broken.
