John Lytle's Z-Corp signs say they are "committed to excellence", and after completing a five month exterior renovation I totally agree with their statement. John stayed personally involved in every aspect of our renovation even though it certainly wasn't one of his larger jobs. The major difference between z-Corp and other GC's is that John employs the majority of his trades which gives him control over the quality. Like any project, we had some hiccups, however, John was always there to personally find a solution. Z-Corp was not the lowest bid by any stretch, but they made up for it in reducing the stress of going through a renovation as well as the delivery of a product that makes us very proud.

Service went very well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

John came out to my home and stated that he would e-mail a quote to paint my home. I never received the quote nor a phone call. This was the second opportunity I have requested a quote from this company and they have failed to reply on both attempts.

We purchased a 5 Bedroom 4 bath home that was in foreclosure for 2 years. The house was stripped by the previous owner. John and his crew came in and completely took charge of the project. If you have ever done a remodeling job you know there is nothing more frustrating! John gave us a comfort we never would have had without him. He got the job done and it exceeded our expectations. I would recommend him, in fact, I will insist any friend or family member in need use Z Painting and remodeling!

John's company did an exceptional job for us. They were prompt and efficient and the painting was outstanding. I heartily recommend this company.

I loved them; they were great. The work was really good and the workers were fantastic.

John not only did what he was hired for: He orchestrated the electrician, the plumber and the AC guys. He handled all the scheduling and work and did all of this at no additional charged. He actually beat up everyone and got us the best pricing. John and his crew are great and will be doing for us for a long time!

It took them 2 days, both days they arived at my house before 8:15am. Very punctual. The owner John is very nice and we asked him to come by and check the work once finished and he had no problem doing so. he also sent an assistant over the first day to see how everything was progressing.

I was amazed at how easy it was for them to remove all of the popcorn ceilings in my condo without making a mess or creating allot of dust! They were well co ordinated and well executed...even removing their shoes when leaving the premises to make sure there was no residual anything in the parking lot of my condo! Apparently their was a small issue in the elevator but it was quickly rememdied. 6 Hours and they were done with the mess...and on Monday they painted the ceiling...it looked wonderful!

Called John for an estimate. Came promptly and went over things in detail. Emailed me an estimate. Company came when they said they would come and left when they said they would leave. Men took great pride in their painting and asked me to evaluate them every step of the way. Supervisor checked on them frequently. Condo pleased with the way they entered and exited the property. Chip appeared in one of my night stands.They took the nightstand back to their shop and repaired it without hassle. Found a large 12 x 12 inch hole in my wall behind my washer that some shoddy contractor left...they repaired the hole and charged me for labor.Overall I was very pleased with their work.

We bought our 20 year old house knowing that it needed repairs and updating. There was damage from previouse leaks, the bedrooms needed painting and updating and all of the baseboard in the house had to be removed so that we could refinish the wood floors and replace carpet in the bedrooms. We replaced the base board with a much nicer, larger baseboard. All doors and trim were painted as well. We also knocked a wall out to extend the size of a bathroom and had John complete drywall framing. This is a BIG house at over 5000 square feet. There are plantation shutters on nearly all the windows which John took down, sprayed at his shope and rehung.. John was professional, honest and communicated regularly either by phone, e-mail or text messages. He was prompt and very respectful of our time and budget. We never paid a dime until all the work was finished. John even had his crew repaint all the baseboards at his expense when we told him we weren't happy with the shade of white that we picked. We're now using John and his compnay to remodel our great room.

They were very responsive, and he was actually calling from out of the country. He asked if I was in a hurry for the painting, and I said no. He was very prompt, and I appreciate that he called back so quickly.

I was very pleased with the outcome of the two bedroom walls and ceiling that were painted. In fact, his crew is painting the living and dining rooms, hallway going upstairs, and new stair risers, etc. I have recommended Z Painting to family and colleagues.
