Description of Work: Victory Plumbers was called to diagnose a water pressure problem and determined the faucet needed adjustment and nothing more. They didn't sell me something I did not need and explained why the adjustment to the faucet would fix the problem and it was the solution.

Description of Work: We had an outdoor faucet replaced by Telly of Victory Plumbing. He arrived at the appointed time, was very professional and personable. He had to knock out part of an exterior wall and did a nice, neat job of accessing the pipe and replacing the faucet with an extension pipe to make next time easier.

+ 0 moreI woke up early morning and went outside to get my newspaper and felt puddles in one area of my yard. I quickly thought that maybe there was rain in the middle of the night. So, later in the afternoon I went to leave my house and noticed that the same area I observed earlier to be wet was still wet and there was no rain! I went online and researched what could be my problem. There were a couple of possibilities, so I called Victory Plumbing Inc. They were very efficient and professional with their assessment. I gave them the approval to do the job and it was done in about 4 hours.
Description of Work: Fix a burst pipe in my yard.

+ -1 moreI came home late and jumped in the shower but only to have to take a COLD shower! I checked all of the faucets in the house and there was no running hot water. So, I immediately called Victory Plumbing Inc. The assessment was conducted first thing in the morning and the plumber diligently worked on the problem. I was very pleased to know that I didn't need to lift a finger during the process because the water heater was purchased and installed. The plumber was very professional and mostly important, clean. I didn't have access for water for a short time but that was not anything to worry about compared to taking cold shower.

+ 0 moreThe new installed water heater works very good. The plumber most importantly to me, educated me on the process and what were my options. Once I had this conversation regarding my situation, I felt very comfortable and prepared to have the work done. The plumber transported the water heater from the store to my house and safely removed the old one. The removal of the old one and the installation of the new one was done very maticulously and clean. After the installation, I was assured with a warranty process if anything went wrong.
Description of Work: Victory Plumbing Inc. installed a water heater for me. My previous water heater gave out on me in the middle of the night at a time where the weather was cold and the plumber came out first thing in the morning.
