Tri County Steamers

Frank and Gregory came to our home and removed an area rug to clean at their "facility". They took full payment at that time and had me sign a waiver that they were not responsible for any damages etc. It was on the estimate and I did not read the fine print. That was a big mistake. 4 weeks later they returned the rug completely ruined. It had new stains on it. It was misshapened and the color had changed from the chemicals they must have used to treat it. They did not know how to clean the rug. We asked for a refund. They refused saying I had signed a waiver that exonerated them from any responsibility. Terrible experience! They were unwilling to do anything for us. They also cleaned a bedroom wall to wall carpet.. We were willing to pay them for that but not for ruined rug. They didn't care. Got angry with us for asking for a refund and very rude. We found them on Angies List so we thought they were reputable They are not.They only care about getting money from their customers even if they damage something. The most horrible experience!
