Description of Work: We have a fiberglass pool. The fiberglass kept bubbling and they sanded it down to apply new coating. Within days, it was bubbling again. The owner, Jay Cohen, is a jerk and was rude to my mother. This company does not stand behind it's services and basically stole our money. The employee that did the actual work had to come back three times and never got it right. He even dumped the extra coating in our rock garden - what a disgusting mess!

Description of Work: I hired this company to remodel my pool using a manufactured resurfacing material. The crew emptied the pool, cleaned the existing tiles, and scrape and smooth the existing pool surface before applying the new material. They also removed the drain and old light fixture. They were hampered by rain threats in the process, but eventually completed the job and I was told by Jay Cohen, the owner, to refill the pool and then replace my broken pool jets. I then called Mike Kinnard to replace the defective pool equipment. He told me the collars were sealed so he could not perform his job until the pool was drained and the collars cut out. Mike told me that the remaining collars would be damaged by chipping them out and would need replacement as well. Jay Cohen agrees to send his crew to drain the pool and chip out the collars, but he refuses to admit fault in using a deliberate invalid shortcut, nor will he pay for excess water, chemicals or six additional pool jets. My outlay would be $900.
