What an amazing experience! Oscar was so professional and was very receptive to different ideas and a great outcome was had! I literally stumbled across the website and I am glad glad I did. The work is structurally sound and beautiful. It has made good use of space and areas for storage. The price was very reasonable even compared to the big companies with sale pricing. Bravo!

My husband and I worked with Emily A. at the Closets Company to design custom closets for our two master bedroom closets in our house. She was very professional from day 1, punctual and attentive to our requests and needs. Emily was a pleasure to work with - very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our closet installation day was set back a day due to Hurricane Matthew, but the installers came the following day and installed both closets in under six hours. They worked very fast and they were also very professional. They did not leave a mess, they were very clean and didn't leave any marks on our walls or floors. I can't wait to contact Emily to help with our pantry and laundry closets. I highly recommend The Closets Company for any custom closet, shelving, or storage needs in your home or business.

The master closet came out as advertised but the pantry selves started to collapse after a week. After 2 years the Master Closet started to come off the wall and not under warranty the closets company could careless. DON'T USE THEM THERE PRODUCTS DON'T LAST. I had to call several times over a period of a week then they finally called back. They were suppose to send someone out and he was a no show and not even a phone call . Waited half a day. They finally came out because the owner found out I stopped payment on the check which I'm thankful they took so long to cash. Thank my lucky stars. Had someone else installing a bathroom and he said the selves should be braced at the bottom which I had to force the owner to do. Only two piece of wood you would think they were made of gold. Would NEVER EVER use them again.

From the initial contact to the completion of the projects, they performed in a professional and courteous manner. They invited us to their showroom and then sat down with us to design exactly what we wanted. They started the job and completed all work as promised and were able to accommodate any small changes/additions were made during the process. The personal attention of all the family members and their quality products makes this an exceptional company and anyone needing cabinets cannot go wrong in using them. I was very impressed with the showroom walk-in closet exhibit--especially the corner shoe shelf. Oscar came to our home, measured our closets and asked me and my husband what our individual closets needs were. Once that task was finalized, Oscar proceeded to draw my dream closet with mirror doors that housed countless shelving for my many pocketbooks, corner shoe racks that extended to one full side of a wall, racks for long and short tops, pant racks, drawers, and shelving. He also drew my husband's closet that was beautiful. He provided a very reasonable price; and the next day my husband and I signed the contract. Also, computer generated designs based on his actual drawings of the closets were provided to us. On the day of the installation, the workers arrived promptly, were professional, worked efficiently and cleaned up all debris. When the closets were completed, I was so happy I could not believe how beautiful both closets turned out. The soffits at the top of the closets, the white backings of the closets and the elevation of the closets off the floor added character and class. My closet exceeded my expectations with the full length mirror doors and shelving inside them. Shoes and pocketbooks are my passion and now my husband can buy me more (smile) because I have room! A resolution was reached which wound up costing us an additional $600 to $700 dollars from the initial estimate which was for the highest end closet material. The material that best matched was the middle grade material, which when calculated, was still too much money when you consider the chain of events that took place. The fact of the matter was they did not show us all available material samples in order for us to make an informed decision. The fact of the matter was when we first did not see eye to eye with their initial proposal to remedy the situation I asked them to remove their product from the house and keep the $1500 deposit, he left and said okay. Only to change his mind the next day and force us to accept the material and pay them 100% of the contract or the additional $2000 for the new matching material. As always there is two sides of the story, and I am sure their version will be much different. But I can assure you that what I am posting is an accurate description of our dealings with this company. If you decide to go with them make sure you have all available information and that you're are 100% certain the product you pick is what you want and not what they think you should have from behind their desk after only a short visit to your home. -------- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other closet companies to choose from, and we wish we never called them. They did not provide us with all possible color samples UNTIL AFTER we realized the selection we made was in fact gray when the entire home is brown with earth tones. Please also keep in mind their installer said it does not match and as well his cousin who came to home to deliver additional material agreed it did not match! When they came back out to look at how the color turned out it was THEN, after we signed a contract, that the color samples came out, and in fact they had about 40 to choose from!! BUT FOR SOME REASON WE WERE ONLY GIVEN TWO!! AND THE TWO we were given was of textured material that had the highest mark up. But the one that is an exact match mark up wasn't as high. Each and every time the owner came to house we had massive projects going on, and instead of making sure we HAD ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION TO CHOOSE FROM, he seemed more interested in writing the contract and getting the deposit check. I told them to keep the 50% deposit check and remove the one closet out of three they completed, but that is not good enough. They want all their money because they don't have to room for our material. Their solution, keep what we had ordered which does not match or spend an additional $2000 which would bring to total bill for three SMALL (non walk-in) closets to just OVER $5000!!! All for particle board constructed materials. The bottom line, we DID NOT HAVE ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION to make our final decision on the closet portion of the home remodeling project!! And for the past month an a half we have work with EVERY SINGLE trade and service provider out there to the tune of $10s of thousands of dollars and The Closets Company WAS THE ONLY business or service provider that did not deliver or provide the service expected. This was the only project that is causing massive aggravation, and believe me there has been a lot of hiccups with this project home of ours, BUT THEY ALL HAVE BEEN WORKED OUT, EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE! So beware.

Diego was a pleasure to work with. He says he guarantees his work and I can attest to that. After seeing the wall unit installed, I didn't want so many holes on the end panels and, although, I was not specific when the plans were drawn up, he changed out all the end units without any extra charges. I then asked him to draw up plans for my home office and was very happy with the results. I hired his company for my home office also. Diego was very accessable and always available for his clients. He came out to my home whenever I needed him. His workers were very professional and went above and beyond. They were on time and worked diligently. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone I know.

This was our first property in Florida and re-doing our condo was a large undertaking by us considering we would be out of state while it was done. The Closet Company performed its work like we were there everyday. We set up an appointment with a representative of the Company to meet us at the condo. Oscar, the owner of the Company, showed up on time, and it was quite obvious from the beginning that we would not be pressured or rushed by Oscar to make a quick decision. He discussed every option we had and different price levels of each option. After interviewing other vendors we decided on the Closet Company. This decision was based on price and quality of materials. This was the right decision from beginning to end. Once we scheduled the installation, the work started on time and was finished according to the time schedule Oscar originally gave us. The Closet Company's workmanship was perfect, the materials were exactly what we wanted. We want to thank the Closet Company's management and employees for making this experience the perfect one. We would recommend the Closet Company without any hesitation.

the first time the subcontractors arrived with the new cabinetry, they had simply painted the wood cabinets although we specified we wanted the wood to be stained. Two weeks later, they returned with mismatched pieces of wood; drawers a different color from mirror unit. Two weeks after that, in the final installation, the mirror unit did not fit correctly, was misaligned, and- instead of using new good quality wood - parts of the unit had been recycled from the original unit and simply painted over in a color that was unsuitable for a bathroom, not even close to the color we'd asked for. The end result is that we have to have new bathroom cabinetry and mirror unit installed as they have left us with a mismatched, poorly fitted, ugly, and inferior quality installation.

EXCELLENT, this company is top notch!!!! Professional, Good Quality, perfectly installed on time and with NO ISSUES...i will definitely use this company again....quality product, reasonably priced.

Oscar was extremely helpful, I met him at a home show a while back and was reluctant at the beginning because of my limited budget but he was very patient and really worked to get me what I wanted and not go overboard with my budget. It didn't take more than 2 days of installation which was great and everyone was very professional and nice.
