They are pleasant when you need installation. But I had to call 3 times for repair in less than 2 months. My AC is still not working properly and now I cannot seem to get ahold of them nor are they replying to msgs. It is currently 87 degrees in my house and my thermostat is set at 70. Totally unacceptable!!!!! I would think twice before hiring. I finally got a response from them and they sent someone to check the system. They found that there was a leak in the system. Do not know why it took 3 visits to discover the problem. Keeping fingers crossed this is the solution.

The Best HVAC was thoroughly professional and effective in all of my many interactions to date, including assessment and installation of a mini split unit, as well as ongoing regular maintenance/service plan. The prices were competitive as well. I am very pleased with this company's service, and highly recommend them.

They are hard workers who got the job (vent cleaning) done but: They were two hours late after telling me they were on their way. They left the carpets a mess after "cleaning up" after themselves. They didn't give me a written estimate then charged $200 more than the maximum they quoted me. I was not warned at any point that the job would cost a lot more than quoted.

They worked very hard and used a variety of techniques to clean my dryer duct which obviously hadn't bee cleaned for many years before I purchased this condo. I would use their services again and recomend them without hesitation.
