+ -1 moreAnnette is the best architect I have worked with in Florida, it is not a lie that find reliable, honest and professional people down here is the biggest challenge that any project can face. Annette is the MOST HONEST, professional, polite, educated person I have ever encountered. She is is super fast, very accurate and super knowledgeable of the Florida Building code and the different city's requirements, I have done projects with her for Doral, Miami, Miami Beach, North Miami, Dade County and every project is just exceptional. I want publicly thank her and encourage who ever read this to hire her service because you will just receive an outstanding service.

TDC Architecture offers the following services: Schematic Design, Design development, Design Drawings, Construction Drawings, Feasibility Reports, Rendering Services, Permit Assistance, Violation Remediation, Architectural Consultation Meetings, As-built record drawings and much more.
Most of the work that we do is done in house. We do not offer services regarding Project cost evaluations or building re-certification inspections. Other fields of work such as landscape or interior design and engineering can be provided in coordination with other companies we have worked with in the past. Although we are here for all of your permitting needs, we are not permit runners but work with some of the best.
