Superior Frameless Showers

The absolute worst compant to work with! The do not atand behind their products, workmanship or contract! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

This is the first bad experience I had with a contractor in a long time. When the representative when to my house to take measurements, he wanted to close the sale so bad that he failed to mention it was likely the tile would need to be repaired/changed and the measurements would change. So when they went to install the door, that was the case. The opening had new measurements and they charged me for a SECOND door! Not a good experience. Bad business ethics. Please read all the reviews on this site before hiring this company! I failed to do that.

From bad to worse

Called before and arrived on time. The guys did a great installation job and cleaned up. Very happy with the service and product. I found this business on Angie's list. I received a quote and put down 1/2 to start the job. I found a 5% off coupon on their listing. At the end of the job, they refused to honor to the 5% coupon. I spoke with Paul at the office and he gave me various reasons why they would not honor the coupon listed their Angie's ad. The coupon clearly says "5% off for Angie's list members". IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO HONOR YOUR OFFER, THEN TAKE IT DOWN

I had been considering having glass shower doors installed in my master bathroom but was having trouble digesting the price of frameless over framed by-pass doors. I did a lot of searching on the internet and thought I might find a suitable vendor with Angie's List but all the ones I found were really expensive. I finally just resorted to Googling for frameless shower doors and found Boca Raton Glass & Mirror LLC (a.k.a. All Glass & Mirror) and went to their website. The initial price I received from them was well below any price I got from other vendors. Even after I selected upgrades to mine, the price was still far lower than other vendors. Their website was really helpful and informative in instructing consumers on how to get a ballpark estimate of a price for a frameless shower door. Once I did that, I called All Glass to get a more detailed idea. Once I did that, they told me to get a final estimate, I would have to schedule an appointment with a sales rep for an onsite visit. The sales rep, a pleasant young man named Gardiner, scheduled an appointment for an onsite visit. He arrived on time. At the end of his session he stated there was one thing he wasn't able to check, to see if our walls were plumb, because he'd left his level at his last appointment. But he came by early the next morning after he'd retrieved it, took the final measurement and left. Our estimate was between 6 and 12 business days. The glass was manufactured and I was called on Friday (the 10th day) to schedule installation. The appointment was made for the coming Tuesday, the 12th business day. I was told by Ashley in the office that the installers would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. True to their word, Jose called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. He told me it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the installation so we left he and his assistant alone while they went to work. They asked us two questions on our preference in the install but other than that they went swiftly about their work. They took pictures of the finished door and panel and showed us pictures of other work they had completed. They are very professional and proud of the work they do and it's well justified. In summary, All Glass & Mirrors is one of the finest companies I have ever had the pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I can't figure out any way they could even improve on what they're doing because they're already so great!
