very timely' quality product for the money and neat installation

I ve had 2 frameless glass shower doors installed by Superior now, done about a year apart. Both times the company was very professional, prompt, and organized. In fact the guys who came out the second time to install were the same ones who installed my first one...that s a good sign of low turnover. From the initial visit to measure and quote, to updates along the way, to completing and installing right on time and on a day/time that was convenient to me, Superior was superior in every way. The products themselves are very nice and high quality. If you like a classy and quality bathroom, a frameless glass shower door from Superior is worth the investment

The sales personnel are professional. The installation personnel were excellent. So far, we believe the shower doors to be the product as advertised and excellent products. The personnel between these two divisions were absolutely maddening .

The best company mage the almost impossible - possible . Right from the guy did the measuring to the installers . Nicest guys and on time . Time was earlier too.

I bought a shower door enclosure from Home Depot and had their installer put it in. When it was finished I had gaps on both sides at the top. Both gaps were almost 1 inch wide. The contractor came back out and had to remove it and said because the wall was not plumb (straight)this was the best they could do. I had a friend tell me about SFS and I contacted them. They explained that most walls are not straight and they custom cut their glass to fit this issue. I had them install my shower enclosure and it is perfect. You can see the gauge of metal and the glass are much thicker and more heavy-duty than what I purchased from Home Depot. I could not be happier with this company and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a shower enclosure to contact them. The employees are friendly and very professional and if there s any issues they will come back and fix them. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

From start to finish working with this company was a no hassle pleasure! The salesman who provided my quote went over and above, the person scheduling the install and taking payments was delightful and the two gentlemen who did the installation were not only very professional they were also very nice and personable. Installed floor-to-ceiling clear (i.e. not green) shower glass with a water repellant coating. It made a small bathroom appear much larger and looks fantastic. The installers were very professional - polite, careful and considerate. Will definately keep them in mind for future projects.

Had them remove old tub/shower sliding doors and frame and install 3/8 frameless glass doors. They said what they would do and then did it. Rare, especially in South Florida. George and his helper removed the old tub/shower doors and frame and installed new ones in about 2.5 hours. Install looks great. They cleaned up well afterward. Would definitely recommend

Prompt, courteous and reliable. Their price was far less than a major competitor. The "look" of the unit is bit old fashioned and not as modern as I was expecting, but the unit does seem to be made of quality materials and much more durable than an off-the-shelf unit at major home improvement stores. Plus, it was a great asset to have installers that only do that sort of work.

Got quotes from 3 different companies. Superior was more straight forward and even backs their hinges (CRL) with a lifetime warranty. Very professional and punctual. Would use them again

The person who identified himself as a manager with the company was bullish, threatening, was very unprofessional. A deposit within $575 was given and not return as of today.
