Glass doors are poorly installed. They have installed inside door outside and vice versa. When we asked about it, now they are asking additional $50 fix their mess. Ladies working there are horrible, don't even respond properly. Avoid this shop.

The quality and look of the frameless shower door installed enhanced the overall look of the guest bathroom. It took two weeks from the time I ordered and the shower door was installed. The installation was professionally done. The price was better than three other quotes I received. This was the second time I used Superior Shower and Door with amazing results.

Overall a great experience from initial quote to install, all within a two week period. I had two shower doors installed and they look great. I have not tried them out yet so I canâ t comment on the workmanship or durability.

This company is not truthful with their estimates and promise an installation date to only deliver TWO months after their established time period. You are required to give a $500. Non refundable deposit, so if you get tired of waiting and getting no communication from the owner, you are obliged to sit and wait, or lose your $500. deposit. Extremely unreliable and impossible to deal with the owner, Paul. Not a company I would recommend. Further, from five different estimates, they are the highest priced. Do not fall for their bait and switch tactic.

Form start to finish everything was great. Great service from the gentleman who came to take a look at what had to be done, to the guys who came to install. Everyone showed up on time and great job of installing. Communication was excellent thru the whole process.

SFS did a great job! From the first assessment through completion of the job, it went smooth. The price is right and I'm happy with the outcome. I had two shower doors replaced. One with a frame and one frameless. Both look great. I would highly recommend Superior!

The work of the installation professionals was outstanding.

Shower door was installed 2 1/2 weeks ago and immediately expressed my concern with the amount of gap between the doors with the installer and was told to contact the office. I contacted the office with pictures by email and was told that management would contact me. As of today, no further contact from anyone else and no fix.

The first glass was not measured properly but it was correctly , quickly and accurately. The complete process was handled very professionally and pleasantly by the associates.

Good customer service. Reliable, and responsive. I needed a follow-up visit, because water leaked from underneath and they came out the NEXT day. I love the look of my frameless shower door. Very nice company and all employees were very professional to work with.

Run, do not walk away from this company. The gaps in my door were too bad, and when I took my first shower water drained onto my floor outside the shower at every clamp installed to hold the glass. Customer service is awful. After bringing the issues to their attention manager came out and said it was designed by a computer and had to be right. After spending $2,200 they want another $100 to make the door the right size. Awful.
