Superior very clearly set expectations for me about what work they could do and how it would come out. They exceeded these expectations! Superior was very reasonably priced and very flexible on the timing and coordination of their work. This was especially important to me as I was in the midst of an interstate relocation and needed a reliable and trustworthy company to help with this large project. I highly recommend Superior for any restoration, cleaning or painting needs. You will not be disappointed!

They were here on time. They were polite, professional, and really good. They explained what they could or couldn't do. They were very accurate about that. There was one stain that they thought they couldn't remove, but told us they could do something else. They did the work very well.

He originally quoted me 200.00 and I thought that was high. He said he'd do it for 150.00 and did a good job. He said he guaranteed his work. I needed to use his services again because I hurt myself and there was blood on the carpet. He said he would charge me 150.00 to come out again to clean it. I felt that was a high price because it was a small area but I agreed to have him clean it again. There was still a spot after he cleaned it the second time and I called to have him come remove that spot. He said he would charge me 150.00 again. I decided not to use him again.
