+ -1 moreSame problem less than two months later. Scheduled a service call for 9:00 AMand technician did not show. Called and was told there was a "situation" in the office. Stated would be there by 12:00 but has not shown. Canceled a previous appt. due to an ""emergency" that day. Does not follow through on ordering filters and an estimate for new thermostats. Unreliable.

+ -1 moreWe had two properties that we did air conditioning for. One was about $12000 and one was $3000. The permits are still open on one of the properties. The service was not very good. It was pricey. It was quite average.
