Is Steam Rollers expensive? Yes. Was they worth it? Yes I never thought I'd be paying as much as I did for Steam Rollers but it was money well spent. Paul is passionate about his business and it shows in every respect. I wasn't sure if he was falsely promising me the world with assuring me that my carpets would all look brand new, but he delivered. They turned out better than I could have ever imagined.

I tried cleaning my carpet myself (bad result), then Stanley Steamers (BAD RESULT). I thought I needed new carpeting until I called Paul. I think that man has superpowers because my carpet looks like new!

.Paul showed up ahead of time. He was clear about which stains might not come clean. He offered me quotes for additional treatments. Paul took his time with each room and the carpets look fabulous. The rest of my home was left clean and neat. I cannot say for certain how his prices compare to others but the work was so well done that I would pay additional to have him come back again. He is worth it.

I called Paul, the owner after reading positive online reviews. He showed up to do the work himself. I have white carpet. I didn't realize how filthy it was until he started cleaning it. It looks brand new. Arrived 10 minute early. I got exactly what was promised. I won't wait too long to do this again. Very happy.

Paul was on time, set up quickly and went to work. Move furniture to get to most of the carpet. Friendly, explained everything.

Paul was very prompt and professional and curtious. He definitely takes pride in his work. He moved a few pieces of furniture and replaced them with he was finished cleaning the carpets. He put protectors under the legs of the furniture while the carpet was drying. He did a great job and was finished in three hours.

I've used Steam Rollers for a few years now and would never use another carpet cleaning service. Paul is by far the best most professional carpet cleaner out there. He only uses the best equipment and cleaners, and my carpeting always looks like new when he's finished. I had previously used chain steam carpet cleaners only to be disappointed. It is always best to use a business that is owner-operated as you know they truly care about your satisfaction.

It always turns out very well. He cleans deeper than Coit and Stanley Steemer and really takes his time in getting stains out and dirt as much as possible. Also I don't have to deal with the creepy guys they would always send to my house when I used other companies who would try to change the price once they got to my home. You can pretty much count on your carpet and upholstery getting as clean as it possibly can with Steam Rollers I definitely reccommend him.

Soda is very difficult to remove. I had one company come out to clean it. I paid for this cleaning and it came back up. They said that the stain was permanent. Having been in the business, I told them nothing is permanent. I called this company and Paul, the owner, promised he would take care of it. The first time, there was a minor remnant of the stain. He came back out to follow up his promise, and the stain was gone. I would never use anyone else again. He charges by the square foot, and not the room. He does not charge to move any furniture. There are truly no hidden charges with Paul.
