The Manager, Bill was truly very accommodating to my needs, and was trying to provide the best service possible. He was always willing to ensure I, the customer, was happy. However, with my last service, the girl spent 4 1/2 hours in my home and didn't do most of the items she typically did. No sure what she did, I believe she was having some 'other' personal issues and that resulted in a poor job. Bill did offer me a discount on next service or for free. But I declined as I did not trust she would do a good job. I am always looking for a service to give me my 'money's worth" consistently. I may try them again so that is why I marked 'yes'. In the meantime, I am trying another company.

Overall I am happy they were able to accommodate me and come very quickly. I may use them again if my regular person won't be available again. The person was not wearing company attire or seemed to have any information on how I should pay or receipts ect. However, I was happy someone came out and cleaned the home.

I have tried out so many other companies and they have proven to be the best. Their price is kind of normal and comparable to others. They are willing to do whatever I ask them to do plus they do their own routine cleaning stuff. They are all English speaking and so communication wise they are the best. Their work is good.
