Contacted them and they were able to come out the next morning! Roddy and Joe did an awesome job finding where I cut one of the intake lines! After the repair they made sure ALL the sprinkler heads were working properly and replaced the broken ones! Also made sure all the zones were functioning properly! I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call!!! Very reasonable price for all the work they did!!!

I have been using Southern Pump and Sprinkler Repair for over 10 years . When I first moved into this house there must have been about 200/250 pop up sprinklers . I was constantly replacing them for one reason or another . I called SP&SR and I had them install a new pump , a new timer and they eliminated quite a few sprinklers and made the system much more efficient . I still use them till this day ............

Our house is old and our sprinkler system is old and was in bad shape. We are happy with the work that Eric performed. We will continue to use Southern Pump. Our only suggestion might be that they call to follow up as to how the system is performing.

They came on time, but at first they sent out an inexperienced technician who did not diagnose the problem at first. He replaced the check valve and made several attempts at replacing the pvc piping on a Friday. They came back on Monday with an experienced technician and he correctly diagnosed the trouble as a bad/leaky pump and redid the pvc piping that the first technician did, which frankly, was a mess. They replaced the pump with a pump that was a bit more than twice the price of a pump that I could have gotten at home depot - although their pump was a sturdier one. The sprinklers work well now. During all of this, the owner/manager of the company did come to my home 2 or 3 times to check on the work that was being none.
