My husband and I both were in Florida to help but we could not have possibly done what was needed in the amount of time without Sonya 's expert help and fabulous team. Sonya and her team were extremely efficient, well-organized, knowledgeable and always so pleasant to deal with every step of the way. Each time Sonya helped us it was for 7 days. Prior to our arrival, she obtained all the necessary supplies for organizing and packing and protecting items and furniture. She supervised the Container Store's installation of closet systems prior to our arrival. After we left, she organized and coordinated the donations of items to charity (including preparations of lists) and the movers.

STSF was truly a life-saver. In addition to dealing with the loss of my parent I was trying to resolve both her legal and personal affairs. I live out-of-state and communicating with the owner of STSF by phone, text, and email could not have been easier. This company is professional, reliable, and efficient. The entire job came in under the estimated cost- so I would add that this is an honest company that can be trusted to deal with personal items in a caring way.

I would hire Smooth Transitions in a heartbeat. Sonya was terrific. the movers she uses are professional and courteous and treated my mom like a queen. Very respectful and patient with the older folks. All of them were neat, organized, professional and patient.

They were very efficient. The process was very smooth. They were very knowledgeable in how to make the move go systematically. A lot a work was done in the least amount of time necessary. They are a newer company but you wouldn't know it.
