The retractable screen was installed in 2018 on our new home. We had used this company in a previous home and had been satisfied, so enlisted them again. In less than two years, the screen broke from its brackets and fell to the ground. The company's service personnel came to check it out and repair. The two men asked who had installed it, and when told that it was their company, they agreed that it was done improperly and the motor and the screen needed to be replaced. They took the screen off the metal roller and left the roller on the floor of the patio. When no none called to follow up, I called and was told the manager was "out." This was repeatedly the case if anyone answered the phone at all. After several more attempts, and after several months had passed, the manager finally returned the call. He appeared to know nothing about the issue and said he would have to talk to his employees who had been on the site. Again, no response or followup for weeks, despite my repeated calls to inquire about progress toward a solution. The office finally told me that a replacement motor had been ordered and they would call when it could be installed. Again—more delays and no correspondence. So I followed up again. This time the manager attempted to deny any responsibility for the problem. Finally, I was told the motor was actually in the store and ready to be installed. However, that never happened, and repeated calls have led to no returned calls despite my leaving messages. As of now the metal roller remains on the patio floor, and there is no sunscreen on the east side of the house. Nearly a year and a half later, it appears they have no interest in repairing the damage.

Thieves and Liars best described this con artist company. They gave us a quote stating our outdoor cushions would be done in 1 month total. They took the first set of cushions and had them two months and not finished when they returned them they were not completed and had an awful sewing job done. Then they promised to fix them after taking our second set of cushions. In total they had our cushions over 3 months, never fixed the first set which were sew wrong and terribly done. They have cursed us on the phone and in person. Then at the end refused to give us our cushions back unless we paid in cash. They are unprofessional, cant be trusted and a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM EVER YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

They came out and measured for the unit and took notes. They then ordered the unit with the motor on the opposite side as the outlet. In doing so the electrical cord wasn't long enough. So they decided to cut it twice and splice in a extra length. In doing so they didn't use heat shrink, connectors, dielectric wirenuts, nothing. They just used electrical tape and twisted the wires together. This caused a short because the ground and load were intermittently making contact. When I approached them with the problem I was met with extreme backlash, and unprofessionalism! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I CANT IMAGINE THE OTHER SHORT CUTS HE TAKES IN BUSINESS!!! IF YOU HAVE A MOTOR AWANING INSTALLED BY SHIP SHAPE I WOULD CHECK THE POWER CORD FOR ELECTRICAL TAPE! BECAREFUL AND UNPLUG IT FIRST SO YOU DONT GET SHOCKED!!!! THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD!

Don't Waste Your Money! I was very disappointed after spending $2600 for canvas work and thinking I was getting professional work done. Not the case! This was a complete rush job to get me out the door and onto the next. The owner sold me on adding the U shape windows which did nothing but leak when it rained. The windows were cut so poorly you would think a blind person made the cuts and that was part of the problem which caused leaks after they tried to correct the cuts. They ended up putting makeshift flaps over the zippers to prevent water from getting in cutting gaps which look horrible and completely unprofessional. I am embarrassed to show anyone the work that they have done now. Aside from that, there were multiple areas I had to send back for repair. Zippers in the wrong place, too much zipper in some areas, incomplete stitching on 3 of the 5 windows. I had to point to the problems because they never caught it. The owner tells me a day later it happened because they were having a problem with their sewing machine. I would have thought they would have checked their stitching knowing there was a problem. But then again, this was a rush job, no time to check anything. Lets not forget about them walking all over the boat and seating with their dirty shoes. I spent 2 hours cleaning the boat when they were done. Also, the new windows were dirty and full of hand prints, had to clean those also. Not to mention if they break something on your boat they will not tell you. Two things were broken from them and when I mentioned it to them in email the issue was ignored, just like all the other problems they were aware of and hoped I would not notice. I have tried to work with the owner to have the 3 front windows redone, but he refuses to respond. Very disappointed with this company and the owner does not seem to care to do things right. They have already lost two additional jobs at my marina due to their work. Its a shame because those two jobs would have brought in a lot more than what it would have cost to make the three front windows again the correct way. In the end I paid another canvas company to come out to fix and finish what was never done correctly. More money spent that I should have not had to spend.

This individual is a bitter person who could not be satisfied with any work. The reason he used me in the first place was because we did work on 2 other boats in his marina, one of which was a personal friend of his. Both these people recommended us to him. The difference was this person didn't want to spend the money to do the job correctly and the way I recommended. In the end we corrected all his issues and he still wants to complain. My business did over $900,000.00 worth of canvas and upholstery work last year. One thing I have learned, you can't make everyone happy. This job was done almost a year ago. Time to let go [Member name removed] and move on.

This one is real simple. This lady paid me with a check made out on a closed account. When I asked her about it she denied it even though I had the returned check in my hand. So I pulled my work off her boat until she paid the balance in cash. Which she did.

Richard Daino was contacted to install an awning by my father in law because his wife was dying of cancer and she could not sit in the heat. He was given a deposit of $2,650 but she passed away and we cancelled the order. We have repeatedly tried to give him the chance to return the money and he will not return our calls and does not answer the phone, apparently he has caller ID. He told us he does not have the money becuse he has had slow months. He offered to pay in two parts but this has dragged on for 6 months and we were not happy with this response from him because we gave him the money in full 6 months ago and his response was take it to court.

This job was completed, but completed behind schedule. In the end the customer liked our work so much he came back to us to order another cover.
