Oscar and his team were beyond my expatiation. They had to remove wood flooring and replace with tile through out my apartment due to a flood caused by a leak from a dishwasher main water line. Replace all Baseboards and treat for Mold. He made this bad situation a bit easier on us, as he took care of everything! Thank you Estee and Dan!

The following morning I called Servpro and they were at my home in less than an hour. The dryers and dehumidifiers were placed immediately. They billed the insurance company directly and advised us on how to deal with the mold that was found during the drying. They were professional worked quickly and dealt with the insurance company which was a big help. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

At the time of arrival, the gentlemen asked a lot of questions and carefully inspected my home for mold and water residue to help them determine what equipment and resources they are going to need to work with. They were very thorough in explaining to me what they were doing in letting me know that they were using various tools to detect mold and hidden water sources, because sometimes it can't be seen. After, they were done assessing the situation they removed mold- infected drywall, cabinets, and baseboards. They utilized specialized filtration equipment( air scrubbers and HEPA vacuums) to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation was in process.

. What a relief it is to have a real professional who knows what has to be done and how to do it right. It was done in a timley manner by a well trained staff of courtesy people. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing mold work done.

The office was very very pleasant and responsive. They asked us to sign a work authorization before meeting with the estimator. The document arrived with someone else's information on it. We did not sign anything. The estimator did not contact us to make an appointment.

We moved into our home yesterday and my wife complained about a smell that lingered all the time. I called ServPro this morning and Oscar attived about three hours later. He did an inspection of the drywall and base boards and discovered moisture in two areas. One of the areas was in the Kitchen Cabinets and the other was in the base board. We will use ServPro to eliminate the problems in the two trouble areas.

Oscar is a certified mold remediator and he had the right training and certification. Further on the day of closing, the buyer spoke to Service Resource and they answered his questions and stood by their warranty. We are not experts in this domain and there is a lot of scary stories around Mold, Oscar seems to know what he is doing and was open to 3rd party inspection and stood by his work. There is not much more anyone else can ask for.

I am a Moonachie, N.J. resident. On the night of Oct. 29, 2012 the Sandy storm caused the Hackensack River to overflow sending water throughout our town. My Crawl Space had about 3 ft. of water pour into it. Within 48 hours I had the water pumped out by a local plumber who had his trucks in the area. I knew that it was in my family's best interest to have the space cleaned, sanitized and dryed as soon as possible, to prevent mold or any other health hazard from taking hold. I got 3 estimates as quickly as was possible. ( It took a few days since so much of our N.J./N.Y. region was severely affected by the storm.) I found the pricing varied considerably, from as little as $1200 to as much as $3900 for the work needed. I went with Service Resource who was middle of the pack in pricing but demonstrated from beginning to end, that they were an excellent choice. Quick to respond, thorough in explaining in detail the work needed. The crew was professional, polite, organized, and well prepared for the job at hand. The day went very smooth and the end result was exactly what I had hoped for. Some of my neighbors tried some personal remedies with bleach, etc. and I know they had difficulty. For me and my wife and three children, I know I took the best action with positive results, and we all sleep better at night. I would strongly recommend Service Resource if you are in a similar situation.

.My house was flooded by hurricane Sandy. After calling several companies, I got a hold of service resource. Oscar called right back and was very professional right from the start. He explained to me what had to be done, and came to my house when he said he would be there. He is very honest and got to work right away with what needed to be done. I feel like my house os finally getting back to where it was. I would definitely use him again

After Hurricane Sandy I contacted various contractors and had them come by my house to provide me with estimates related to flood / damage repairs I needed to have done, out of the 4 contractors that showed up I selected Resource-Service, All quotes came in around the same but because Oscar's professional assessment of the damage and the work that needed to get done and the advice given to to me by him made me very comfortable to use them, they came in the next day and got to work, over the last 2 weeks he and his team have done a tremendous job getting my place back to "normal" and we are truly satisfied with the work performed, working with him and his team has been a very smooth and easy process and we felt very comfortable with the attitude and professionalism of his team, I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a professional job!. So far I have recommended his services to the condo association I am part of and have heard nothing but positive feedback.
