Oscar was fantastic. It started with the negotiation. He was willing to work with me on the pricing of everything and supplied me with an itemized list of materials and products to include model #s. He only fell about 10% outside of the deadline but he briefed me, every step of the way, on how things were progressing. I am 1000% satisfied with his professionalism and integrity and I hope to be able to use him again in the future. The Condo was vacate for about 10 years and I needed someone (that I could trust) to help me fully renovate it, in order to rent it out for a competitive rate. Having someone fore-fill this role with excellence, when you are managing the process from 3 states away. - Priceless !! I was able to get top rate on the rent with very little effort.

Beyond our expectations. The team Service Resource was well trained, neat,on time and were specialists in their area. Small things were done that we had not even considered that we believe enhanced the outcome. If ever needed again we would not have to go any further than Service Resource

They were my one stop for all my home service after my mold and water remediation. I didn't have to deal with multiple contractors, handymen, restoration people or any other companies. The owner, Oscar, was involved in the process from the beginning to the end. I felt very comfortable with his professional team handling the reconstruction project following the remediation and cleanup of the water loss.The staff was so organized that a lot of my personal items were able to return to its pre- loss condition. They provided superior work and I felt like a valuable customer!

I will stay neutral since they are still doing the work but I feel their price is inflated.

Spoke to Oscar several times regarding the work to be done on the home and he visited the home as well. He wrote up a proposal, we signed the proposal which stated 2 specific posts and 2 specific railings were to be replaced. Workers showed up promptly on Saturday May 31st and my husband was there to meet the men performing the work, Oscar did not show up on site. My husband noticed that a railing was removed, but it wasn't the railing that we had wanted removed, so we called Oscar promptly to let him know the workers were removing the wrong railing and he immediately got defensive stating that we (my husband and I) had signed a proposal and that he doesn't do work for free, etc. After hashing out the details over the phone, my husband offered to pay for half half of the labor, which we should not have been responsible to pay for any of it as it was a mistake on their part. of the labor and buy the materials since they were already int he middle of the job. The level of unprofessionalism that was displayed by this company Owner was not something we have ever dealt with before and we could not believe that he was blaming us for his lack or attention to detail during the preparation in the proposal. As a company owner he should have taken pictures of the area to be worked on and/or submitted drawings for us to sign off on so that there could be no mistake in what pieces of wood were to be replaced. When we spoke to him over the phone and he went to the home to review the areas, we assumed all parties were on the same page in terms of which pieces were to be replaced.

They did a nice job. They did the demolition in January before I had remodeling done.

I scheduled an appointment for a painting estimate. The estimator did not show up. When I called he sent someone that arrived 6 hours later. The person could not finish the estimation but said that he would get back to me. I never received a call to follow up.

Very professional, but you get what you pay for. I purchased the Exterior House paint job for $1399, They came out and measured every inch of house and said can only do the back and 1/2 of the front for what I paid. Ad stated two coats but they only put on one coat, said they put the coat "heavy". So I was left painting the other two sides of the house and had to pay extra to finish painting the front. They did do a good job on the areas they painted though. Everything was nickel and dime, he didn't want to paint the doors, said they weren't included in the deal. Had to show him in writing that doors were included. Overall, the workers were great, just don't expect anything extra if you by a prepaid package deal.

They have always showed up on time and accomplished everything they said they would do. They are working with my insurance company and communicating honestly. They have been a great help as I live out of state and can't do many things myself. The project is far from complete but I have faith that it will be done properly and as expedient as possible. Great folks there!!

came later than scheduled and when originally scheduled, person scheduling had it on wrong day.......I had to call & see where they were and found out they had wrong day.

The crew was very punctual - arriving as agreed. They took longer to complete than expected, but only because they went the extra mile to make things look perfect. We are very satisfied with the work they did and would hire them again. Our living area looks wonderful now.

Overall, it went well. Oscar shopped for the many items needed, which saved me from purchasing the wrong materials. Roman and Ed were diligent workers.

Supposed to be 8 hours. showed up with 2 guys, stayed 3.5 hours, said the travel time - 30 minutes was included in the job time.

I received an email from the provider with the contact information to set up an appointment. When I called, the service provider informed me that we are out of their network but would still be willing to come out to make an estimate. He just wanted to make sure that I was aware of the deduction that would be made because of the travel expenses. He was extremely professional and honest, which I appreciated immensely. I asked if I could get a refund because the entire project would've cost more than I had allotted and he suggested I contact Angie's List directly. I then submitted a question to Angie's List and was given the link to fill out this form.

Service provider quoted 16 hours to paint 2 rooms. I'm going to do it myself.

They were fine. The coupon said it was man hours versus etcetera. It was not specific but it was okay, it's not a big deal. I don't think they cleaned up as well as I would have preferred but it wasn't a major mess kind of thing. They were good. The owner himself came out so that was really nice. He was very attentive to what his guys were doing and stuff. The quality was great. They got lost but they were still on time.

The work and the workers were fine. I just don't think I will do another "big deal" type work. The problem with this is all the intangibles, such as do I have all the parts, will they work slow, how much of any over-run may occur, when does the clock start. in retrospect, I would rather have a couple plumbers come out and give me an estimate and make a decision. I don't really see any financial advantage to a big deal type offer.

Plumber Angie's list, big deal? $129 for Two Hours of Plumbing Labor Service Resource Co Oscar Barrig, contact I prepaid for two hours of plumbing labor with Angie's list. I understood from communication with the vendor before he arrived that if parts were needed, I would have to pay for the time while the worker went to the store to get the parts. First the good news, telephone calls and emails were answered promptly and an appointment was conveniently set. The workers arrived on time and they were ready to work. They were friendly, efficient and the plumbing work was satisfactory. I was surprised went two guys showed up to do the work. Soon they needed parts and both men went to the store to purchase parts. They came back to work and soon discovered they had the wrong part and again, both guys made the trip to the store. After the work was completed, I inspected the work and they told me the boss would send a bill and they left. 20 minutes later they both returned holding a cell phone out to me. It was the boss on the phone itemizing my expenses that I needed to pay right away. Because there were two men, my rate was not $65 per hour but $130 per hour. This included the time when both plumbers went to the store TWICE and no work was accomplished. I'm not sure why one guy couldn't have stayed at the house working while the other guy went to get the parts. The boss quoted an amount he wanted that was higher than I expected so I asked him where was my written and itemized bill for the work done? He informed me that he would quickly send me an e-mail with an itemization of the costs. He did send me a short e-mail listing the cost and total. I disputed with him one hour of labor and he took it off the charges. I never did get a formal work order from him. Overall, the quality of the work was good but the overall experience was not. I did not feel that this was a good value.

Came over same day. There is not much that they can't do. Initially requested appointment for basic plumbing (faucet and toilet kit replacement). However, before they left they also took care of the doorbell, ceiling fan, dead outlets and the plumbing.

They arrived on time, finished the job on time. Not a brush stroke out of place. A real first class job. I would definitely use their services again. They also supplied two people to come in after the work was finished to give the house some needed "deep cleaning." Oscar was the company rep and Fernando ran the job. They were both responsive and professional. The crew were great guys also.

Mr. Barrig was very professional and laid out all the work to be completed and the cost of each project. They then came on the date they said they would. The workers were clean and professional. They maintaind a clean worksite and cleaned up everyday after themselves. The projects were completed in the time period thay stated, in fact they were done a couple of days early. There were no hidden surprises and the job was completed within budget. They are definately Professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.
