Seminole Tiki Huts pulled a bait and switch with materials. The owner came out and gave me a quote. Work crew showed up and asked “so what are we doing?” They had to call owner for instructions. They also pulled a bait and switch with materials. Had to argue for them to supply what was negotiated and printed in the contract. Had leaks and poor workmanship. Called them numerous times for repair work. Ignored all phone calls. Extremely disappointed

All work was completed in 1 day. The team removed all debris and swept patio area.

Initial communication was easy and responsive. Gabriel the owner, is a gentleman...taking his time to analyze the work, answer any questions, educate you on technique, punctual and respectful. We received a very competitive estimate and a start date that would be confirmed a few days before the scheduled start date. Gabriel was on site, both working and supervising his crew. Both huts were completed in the same day.

Fabulous job. They arrived promptly and did a beautiful job. The view looking up is georgeous. Very symetrical. They completed the project in 1 1/2 days. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Swept up every last bit of dust and brought a blower to get the last speck. They referred someone else to build our bar.

Gabriel, from Seminole Tiki Huts was building a Tiki hut for one of my neighbors, I liked the way they were building it, I had them come out and give me an estimate, I had gotten another estimate by another company as well, however it was extremely expensive, this company's was very reasonable, they didn't ask me for a deposit, which was very refreshing, they came out to built it on time as promised, the work was also completed just as promised, withing two days. I had a great experience with this company, it is a pleasure to deal with professional people.
