Security Camera Specialist has been servicing South Florida since 2004 under the name Computer Specialist in 2006 the security camera side of the business was doing so well we renamed the company Security Camera Specialist and decides to specialize in the Security Camera business so we can give our customers the best service possible.

Mr Cruz called about an hour before the appointment time to inform me that he would be an hour late; to which I agreed as acceptable. The rescheduled time for the appointment came and went, he didn't show up... nor did he ever call again.
Description of Work: We had set up an appointment to obtain an estimate/proposal for the installation of an multi indoor/outdoor camera surveillance system.

I'f I'm incorrect I apologizes. I had met with this person about 2 months prior he requested a quote for high end IP camera system for his home and when I told him that IP cameras do not work well in low light and start at $600.00 per camera verses a analog camera system at $155.00 per camera. the customer told me the price was way out of his budget. I was running lat that day and had to reschedule time and never called him back. If you are not the same person that I met at your home the first time I truly apologizes. That day I was to busy to waist my time with some one that I already spoke to about cameras and new the prices were out of your budget. [member name removed] if I'm incorrect and you are not the same person that I spoke with 2 months earlier I really apologizes for not calling back.
