Great company! Workers, office staff and management all were receptive to my questions and concerns. A couple of small mishaps happened which were expected but each were resolved to my satisfaction. If you hire them and something does go awry make sure you call JOHN! He will bend over backwards to rectify ANY problem you have during all phases of a new roof replacement. TELL him his previous customer from Fort Lauderdale also named John is holding him up as a truly wonderful customer complaint official!!!!

I'm familiar with the supply shortages throughout the country, it's understandable. I underwent an extensive wait time for my roofing tiles. They did a fantastic job as soon as all the supplies arrived and they were able to proceed with the work. They provided sufficient manpower to complete my 4200 square foot home and passed both inspections on the first attempt. They did leave minor debris around the yard which is considerably acceptable, it was a large job. I had 3 bad sheets of wood under the existing roof and they were nice enough to absorb the cost impact that was outside of their original scope of work. I strongly recommend this company, the sales persons' name was Gary, 954-XXXX was his direct sales number.

Safeguard was very easy to work with. The roofers did a great job replacing my roof and cleaned up after each day they worked. The roof looks great. Biggest problem was the time the city took to get us the permit to start the work. I would recommend them for your roofing project. The sale rep, customer service team and project supervisor were easy to work with as well.
