+ -1 moreEverything went well. He even assisted in diagnosing the roof leak (which at the time was still ongoing).
Description of Work: Replaced 125 square feet of dry wall in my downstairs living room (it was damaged due to a roof leak caused by incompetent roofers[not Rupert Remodel]). Removed popcorn ceiling downstairs and replaced with a smooth (level 5 finish) Also replaced the guest bedroom side window with high impact window.

Description of Work: Based on positive grades on Angies list I reached of to Craig Rupert. He came right over, reviewed the job and was very thorough and professional in his review of the project at hand. I made it clear that I was ready to proceed right away. He promised to send an estimate 3 days later. 8 days later, I followed-up on the quote. He said he was waiting for numbers from a subcontractor. 5 days later, I followed up again and he said the estimate would be sent later that day. It never arrived. I followed up 2 days after that, he apologized for the delay and then asked if I was still interested in an estimate. I confirmed that I was still interested. That was 4 days ago... still no quote. I can't imagine what the experience would be like once this company lays tools down in your house.

+ 3 moreWe first meet Rupert when he finished installing a laminate floor we had already purchased and had partially installed with another company who did a poor job. We where so happy with him and his willingness to work around our schedule that we have use him multiple times again. We removed the popcorn on our ceiling throughout the house our self and he smoothed them and got them ready for us to paint. We also had him come back and paint our kitchen when we got tired of paining our house. Then a year latter when we where ready to replace all our old windows we worked with him again. We are currently this year working with him to re-due or mater bath. It has been great working with someone who is willing to let us do part of the remolding projects and then finish what is beyond our skills. We also trust his judgement and advice on projects.

+ 3 moreOverall, it went very smooth. They know their stuff. They worked closely with my wife and I to make sure we got the fixtures, tile, tub, toilet, vanity and other sundry items that we needed. Craig even met us at the granite yard to help us find the right slab for our vanity top. I think it took maybe two weeks total calendar time to complete the job. Oh, and their drywall guy is excellent! I am very pleased with the overall outcome of the job. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced old rusted out tub with a new cast iron Kohler, put in new tile from tub to ceiling around tub and part way up the walls most of the way around the walls and floor. Replace vanity, added a granite vanity top with new sink and faucet. Replace toilet with elongated, chair height model. Installed new pressure balance shower/tub faucet. Replaced medicine cabinet. Added custom recesses in wall next to medicine cabinet for nick knacks and one in shower for shampoo, etc. Replaced light fixtures, vent fan and heat lamp assembly. Skim coated walls and ceiling to cover up many imperfections. Painted walls and ceiling.

They tried to work around my schedule as I travel frequently and work from home. While here they managed to check off things from my honey do list that I could get help for. Truly made good use of time. Work completed on time, within budget. This is a company that exceeded my expectations.
Description of Work: Rupert Remodel and Repair renovated my guest bath. I could not get anyone to come work as it was not a complete rip out. He worked with what we had, tile, tub, toilet and made changes that worked within my budget and made a world of difference to the look of the bath. Additionally, he installed crown molding, painted, and helped out with smaller tasks around the house.
