Aaron arrived on time, took care of everything in a very professional and friendly manner.

Their customer service picked up and sent somebody out within hours. I could not believe they would do it same day. Their rates were fair but then they told me about a coupon offer. If you go to a site you can get a coupon and we'll give you fifty bucks off. They were timely and came out within short notice. They couldn't do a drain for me that was on top of the roof, unfortunately they are not allowed access roofs. But everything else that I needed done they did and they were phenomenal, they really were. I was shocked.

Overall experience good, considering they came out on Christmas Day and charged regular rate. Disappointed on the day I called when I was told that plumber was coming between 4p-8p and plumber did not show up, but then again it was Christmas Eve. All I wanted to know was if plumber was coming or not, this way I can plan my day. Needless to say plumber was not able to make it, but did come the following day at the hour they said. They gave me 20% discount for the inconvenience. Over all I would say this was an OK company and I would used them again.

It went well, it was great. They came really fast and responded to my call. They sent someone out really quick. The price was higher than what I expected, but they did a good job.

They did a good job for me and they work for me very much. So, I don't have any problems with Roto Rooter. I have no complaints for that. They were great. They worked very hard with me. It was good, they worked with me on the price. They were fantastic. They really did work hard for me.

The plumber was orofessional & did his job. The price was outrageous and they do not know the neaning of punctuality. This is at least the fourth time I have written a review. With no additional response from Angies list that any action was taken or an apolgy for recommending such a vad company. Makes you just as bad

Scheduled for same-day service call. Archie arrived within a couple hours. He analyzed the flushing problem, and proceeded to snake from my toilet the longest root I've ever seen. He replaced the toilet and cleaned up the area before leaving. Very professional, Friendly and Helpful. Thank you for a job well done.

I repair person showed up on time, and was very pleasant. She tried multiple times using a "snake" to unclog the drain. I was told that she passed the snake 40 feet into the hole, and pulled out multiple twigs to hopefully remedy the situation. As she demonstrated to me, the water from the hole did drain for about 1 minute, and then it was clogged again. She could not locate where the pipe was blocked, and the only solution provided was to jackhammer my patio stone to attempt to install new piping. The price quote for this repair was $3500. The next day, I called another plumber for an opinion. He brought a camera with a sonar and dropped it into my drain pipe. Then he used another machine to show exactly where the camera was stopping. It was outside of my patio enclosure, and the solution involved digging a hole in my yard.......NOT my stone patio. If Roto Rooter had this piece of equipment (very expensive!), they would have know the solution to the problem in 5 minutes. I feel cheated by this company, and that I totally wasted $320. It is difficult for me to believe that my repair person was not aware that this kind of diagnostic equipment was available, but not offered by Roto Rooter.

Tony was very nice, he did everything to help me and explained my options. He was later joined by Demetrios who was also super nice. They had to do more work than expected but we're awesome. They promptly sent me the pictures so I could try to retrieve the cost from the company who did the damage. Great job!!

They were very good. They are professional, they are responsive towards the job.

They were impolite, arrogant and untrustworthy. A rip-off. Every once in a while a person gets ripped off, I guess it was my turn.

We had several plumbing issues and another plumber who had come to the house could not resolve them, nor did they seem to care. Roto Rooter, particularly our lead plumber, Alex Perez, got the job done and would not give up. Alex could not have been more helpful and truly cared about solving our problems. We would use Roto Rooter, and Alex, again anytime we need plumbing work done (but we hope not for a long time!)

I have to admit I wasn't sure about using such a large company but with all of the positive reviews from others I felt good choosing them so I called and promptly got an appointment for the next day. I even received a call the day of the appointment to see if available to come earlier which I thought was great. Now let's face it the job at hand is far from glamorous, that is unclogging a sewer line on a Sunday afternoon no doubt. The technician arrived Demetrious Stavrianopoulos whom I can't say enough positive things about! He was positive, upbeat during the entire appointment even though it was a difficult job letting me know the progress during the entire appointment in a professional and polite manner. I can honestly say he was the best technician and the most polite out of anybody I have ever done work in my home. I hope Roto-Rooter acknowledges what an asset he his to their company

It went very well. Alice Scott, the RR plumber, arrive quickly and was very professional. She fixed the problem and advised us how to prevent it in the future. I would certainly call RR again for my plumbing needs.

I had an appointment scheduled on 2/26/16 from 8am-12pm and they called me and stated that they had to cancel the appointment and wanted to reschedule for another day. I do not think that is very professional.

Very responsive. I called at 3p--on a Sunday--on Valentine's Day--and the repairman was here by 5p. Very quickly solved the problem.

Called at 8:30 AM, was here by 11 AM. Tested the water heater and said that one of the two heating elements was no longer working. Recommended replacing both elements as part of a tune up kit but otherwise the unit was fine and didn't need to be replaced in its entirety, a much cheaper option. No pressure to purchase a new unit.

I purchased angie's list deal $25 for $75 worth services. And the deal sounded good for small fixes I wanted to get done. However there fine print does not specify the flat rate they charge for any service call which is $189. I felt the deal would cover the services mentioned i.e. leaky toilet , leaky pipe and I will have to pay for the extra parts if needed. I also confirmed with their online chat customer service agent if I need to buy the parts in advance, and will the following services get covered within deal. He said the services would be covered with deal and did not clarify that the flat rate is 189 and with this deal I get a discount on the flat rate. Overall the technician did his job right however I am disappointed with their pricing model and deal's fine print. I feel I was overcharged for the job done.

I called Roto Rooter around 10am after discovering my guest bathroom toilet was overflowing, and backing up into the guest shower as well as master shower and toilet. I knew it wasn't going to be a small fix. Roto Rooter scheduled a plumber to come to my house between 12-4. I will admit I was disappointed in the lengthy window, but ultimately Alex showed up at my house around 1:45-2pmish. Alex was wonderful. I wish all workers that come into my house can be as friendly, informative, knowledgable, and sincere as he is. He was constantly keeping me updated on what was going on, and made sure I personally saw and understood every step of the process. He was able to find the issue to the clog, and located my very well hidden (buried), pressure release thing. (not good with plumbing terms so you have to excuse me). Overall I would rate Alex an A+. He was very professional. The job was pretty pricey. I paid $486 just to have the pipes snaked and de-clogged. I purchased an additional product ($100) that is supposed to maintain them over the next 12 months. Overall I'm very happy with the work done, and would recommend Roto Rooter and Alex to anyone in the future.

I called for service for my rental property after hours and customer service was very responsive. They provided a plumber that same night and I received a call advising he was on the way. The plumber, Ronny Rivera, assessed the problem and called with the quote. Work was done and payment made over the telephone. Ronny was great, he texted me pics showing the pipe and gave me advice to avoid from happening again in the future. My overall experience was great.

It went well. I arrived late from work to find standing water in the showers and toilets that almost overflowed when flushed. I called ROTO ROOTER and they arrived at the cusp of their 4 hour guaranteed time arrival. The Plumber was professional and courteous..Apparently, tree roots had pierced the main drain pipe and clogged it forcing water back in the shower stalls and toilets. He finished his work about 1:35 A.M. The work was good and efficient. The charge was $320.00. I would recommend Roto Rooter. Not the cheapest but we know they have a high standard of quality.

We called on January 1, and they said that the price would be the same as any other day -- no extra charge for the holiday. The service tech was dispatched sooner than expected, which was greatly appreciated, since we had a busy day planned. Dennis the tech was very polite, went over the work and the cost ahead of time. We were under no obligation to continue if we didn't want to. We went ahead and approved the service and he got to work. Everything was done efficiently, and he cleaned up everything after he was done. We were happy with the quality of the work, the timeliness and the professionalism of Dennis. We've used Roto Rooter in the past and have always been pleased with the experience.
