Description of Work: This week was the second time in 5 months that I had drain problems in my home I called Rapid Rooter and they arrived and within no time at all everything was running smoothly I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a problem I believe they are top of the list as far as coming out within an hour and solving and fixing the problem

Description of Work: They came in to unclog my toilet. The price was outrageous for the quantity of work performed. They were suppose to mark the location of my clean out valve and provide me with a warranty on the job (That was the discussion prior to starting the job). After completing the job I was informed that they cannot provide me with a warranty and they had an idea of the location of the cleanout valve but unable to mark it. I am dissastified with the price because all they did was snake my toilet. High price for low quantity of work.

Description of Work: I had a water leak which I bought the service for but did not use. The leak turned out to be major within the slab and major issue with mold. The purchase and leak occurred in July, 2015. There were some issues that lasted till October 2015 but Roto-Rooter stepped up and resolved all issues professionally and promptly as they were brought to their attention.

I watched a YouTube video on the repair, purchased the faucet at Home Depot, and replaced it myself for <$180. Lesson learned: use plumbers to troubleshoot then do it yourself.
